Pros:

Отдыхали в этом отеле второй раз (первый - в 2019 году). У отеля очень хорошее расположение, до моря пешком 10 минут. В отеле хорошая шумоизоляция, довольно тихо и спокойно. Приветливый и доброжелательный персонал.
Понравился завтрак, есть и арбуз, и салаты, и яйца, и сосиски, наесться можно.

Cons:

Отель довольно старый, требует ремонта. В ванной не хватало шторки для душа, вся вода выливалась, постоянно было мокро. Также плохо работал слив в душевой.
Кондиционер очень старый и шумный, в какой-то момент он вообще перестал работать, сидели 3 дня без него, что при погоде в Батуми в августе было катастрофой. А мы отдыхали с двумя маленькими детьми. На просьбы починить - реакции ноль. Потом просто опять как-то сам заработал, но мешал спать из-за шума.
В номерах не убираются совсем. Мусор выносили сами. 1 раз в 3 дня меняют полотенца, за 12 дней нашего пребывания постельное белье меняли 1 раз при нашем напоминании каждый день. Каждый день, начиная с 4го дня нашего пребывания, мы спрашивали будет ли сегодня уборка. И каждый день нам отвечали "завтра". В итоге, белье поменяли только на 8ой день, а потом еще нам сказали, что после нас белье не отстирывается (дети испачкали простынь конфетой). Пол помыли также 1 раз, при этом на балконе так и не убрались вообще.
И еще важный момент. На сайте при бронировании указано, что есть бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта. На самом деле, это не так. Я связалась с отелем до прибытия и мне ответили, что бесплатного трансфера у них нет, а встретить нас стоит 25 долларов! Именно долларов, при условии, что такси из аэропорта нам обошлось в 13 лари (3 доллара).

Famous beach in former USSR.
Pros:

i stayed at Batumi on and from the way back from Trabzon and saw almost every monuments. I enjoyed local foods and wine very much.

Cons:

It was a rainy season.
