Fantastic location & staff - would definitely come back & stay longer!
Pros:

The location of the hotel was stunning! The staff were absolutely fantastic - special shoutout to Raquel at reception who was always super helpful with booking tours, answering our questions, etc. Everyone was so lovely & just made us feel very welcome.

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower was not great, but everything else was great.

Great romantic getaway
Pros:

Great experience, the attached taxi service made the stay very convenient. The hotel is very clean and the staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home.

They can’t have their wedding cake and eat it too-
Pros:

GM attempted to rectify but time cannot be recovered when you are visiting from abroad.

Cons:

Wedding set up going on after 10 PM and before 7am so this disruption affected my stay tremendously.

Peaceful rejuvenation

This unique boutique hotel checks all the boxes for a fabulous vacation whether it's the fabulous Blue Mahoe restaurant ,tiki bar,massage services to the premium bedding and towels..You will feel pampered and may not want to leave the compound at all..Staff and security are fabulous and you'll be planning your next visit..I know I will be as well..Bless up and One Love Ocean Cliff ❤️

Quiet and Slow
Pros:

If you're looking for quiet and slow days, this is the place! Absolutely gorgeous scenery paired with friendly staff and amazing food at the Blue Mahoe Restaurant. I had a great deep tissue massage and a sunset boat ride.
Could not ask for a better birthday trip!

Pros:

Loved the seaside stone cottage. Interior was beautiful, private, and comfortable. Staff all around were great. Loved the salt water pool. Food was fantastic; traditional Jamaican - we ate there every day except perhaps one dinner and one lunch. The restaurant staff and outside bar staff we're so fun - made the trip more enjoyable joking around at meals! Thank you staff!

Cons:

The resort was pricey for us, but you get what you pay for (excellence)! Food wasn't included, but we appreciated the option to go off site for a meal.

I was told there was a breakfast included there was not too much for the room room was large but was upstairs I specifically asked for a 1st level room that was more money. Probably will not stay there again.

We did go into the sea by the pool - it had a ladder ( but no sand )

Good location, truly inedible food
Pros:

The location is sensational. It’s nice to be away from the noise of 7mile beach.

And the adults only means the ocean side is calm and relaxing.

Aesthetically the resort is very pretty, and the rooms are huge.

Cons:

The rooms were designed by someone who doesn’t understand the use of natural light. They are VERY dark due to the windows being covered by wood, fixed blinds and opaque glass.

Food was mostly truly inedible. The jerk wings were so salty I couldn’t finish the mere 6 that were served. And the jerk pork was tough as an old boot.

And each morning we were the ones to clean the rubbish out of the pool. Paper, cocktail umbrellas, sugar packets. One morning I even fished a cocktail glass from the bottom of the pool, and despite me showing them how much crap needed to be removed, nothing changed the next day.
