Good location, truly inedible food
Pros:

The location is sensational. It’s nice to be away from the noise of 7mile beach.

And the adults only means the ocean side is calm and relaxing.

Aesthetically the resort is very pretty, and the rooms are huge.

Cons:

The rooms were designed by someone who doesn’t understand the use of natural light. They are VERY dark due to the windows being covered by wood, fixed blinds and opaque glass.

Food was mostly truly inedible. The jerk wings were so salty I couldn’t finish the mere 6 that were served. And the jerk pork was tough as an old boot.

And each morning we were the ones to clean the rubbish out of the pool. Paper, cocktail umbrellas, sugar packets. One morning I even fished a cocktail glass from the bottom of the pool, and despite me showing them how much crap needed to be removed, nothing changed the next day.

Great location, great staff, great time. If you are going to be in Negril, this is the place to stay
Pros:

Great staff who really went out of their way to make our stay terrific. It was such a great experience, we decided to book Christmas there before we left.

As an example of their exemplary service, one evening we wanted to eat closer to the beach and then moved a table for us, we ate lobster sitting on hammocks with a table from the dining area. The staff made sure to come and check on us to see what else we might need.

Everything we wanted and then some!!!
Pros:

Amazing! Beautiful and clean, and everyone was so kind to us. The restaurant is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Love Allison! The massages we did twice⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Everyone was working so hard to clean up bc the winds and rain were crazy upon arrival. We absolutely loved every single moment of it. We loved it so much we are going back there in the morning to stay a Cpl extra days!!

A beautiful hotel, with amazing staff.
Pros:

The arrival to the hotel was very welcoming. The staff were all polite. You received a complimentary drink and shoulder massage.

The rooms were clean, modern and had everything you needed.

The views from the hotel were breathtaking. The pool facilities were clean.

Nice staff, well kept property but I think over-priced for what we got.
Pros:

Spacious room with a very comfortable and big bed, good safe, decent coffee maker, spacious bathroom, lovely terrace, excellent breakfast.

Cons:

Hot water in our bathroom was a problem and almost every day we had to report there was no hot water to the engineer and usually it would then arrive but not last through the day. Quite frustrating.

Pros:

We were very impressed with the room and the customer service. The hotel is quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the pool deck was awesome.

Extrem schöne, kleine aber sehr feine Hotelanlage mit freundlichem Personal
Pros:

Extrem freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Alle unsere Wünsche wurden so gut als möglich erfüllt. Nette kleine Poolanlage mit Liegen inkl. Meerzugang über Leiter. Einzelne, süße Cottages mit ausreichend Platz für 2 Personen inkl. Balkon/Terrasse. Föhn, Handtücher und Bademäntel werden zur Verfügung gestellt. Willkommensmassage und Willkommensdrink. Getränke und Speisen waren sehr gut. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten inkl. Transport werden angeboten. Es hätte auch einen Flughafentransport gegeben. Insgesamt kleines, aber sehr feines Hotel.

Cons:

Nur 2 kleine Kritikpunkte:
Von unserem Zimmer aus hat man die vorbeifahrenden Autos und die benachbarte Bar manchmal relativ laut gehört. Die geringe Dämmung ist aber glaube ich in Jamaika oft üblich.
Alle Speisen und Getränke mussten extra gezahlt werden und waren meiner Meinung nach teilweise etwas teuer. Ich hatte jedoch kaum einen Vergleich wie es in anderen Hotels in der Gegend üblich ist.
Alles in Allem überwiegen aber definitiv die positiven Erinnerungen an das Hotel!
