Konumu harika, her yere ulaşım kolay. Odalar ve genel olarak tesis çok temiz. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü. Kahvaltı güzel.

Cons:

Odada valizleri koymak için yer yok, tek bir tabure üstüne bir valizi koyduk, diğerini yerde açtık. Tek valiz olursa idare edilebilir. Giysi dolabı yok. Buzdolabı yok. Tuvalet çöpü yok. Bide yok.

Die Lage ist super. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es gibt eine Möglichkeit sein Gepäck abzustellen.

Cons:

Das Bett war irre hart, selbst wenn man normalerweise ganz gerne härter schläft... Die Ausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und dadurch nicht mehr ganz sauber zu bekommen.

Berlin zentral, von hier ist alles gut erreichbar
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut! Man kommt von dort entweder mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder zu Fuß überall in Berlin gut hin. Wir besuchten ein Konzert im Tempodrom, das ist praktisch direkt daneben und so war der Konzertbesuch sehr entspannt. Wir waren schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel und für ein paar Tage in Berlin ist es völlig in Ordnung. Das Frühstück ist gut, es ist alles da, was man braucht (außer manchmal genug Platz).

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wer nicht mit dem Ehepartner/Freund reist, muss damit zurechtkommen, sich zu waschen, während der Zimmergenosse zuschaut. Das Waschbecken ist direkt im Zimmer, WC und Dusche sind abgetrennt, aber die Dusche ist sehr eng.

O berço não tinha colchão, colocaram um edredom, sendo que embaixo tinha migalhas de salgadinho. O banheiro não tinha box e era necessário passar o rodo após o banho.

Petit déjeuner très complet et très bon.
Hôtel très propre et chaleureux.

Cons:

Une serviette pour s'essuyer les mains aurait été appréciée. Il n'y avait qu'un drap de bain par personne et un tapis de bain.

Keine Rechnung
Pros:

Bis heute warte ich trotz Rückfragen auf meine Rechnung. Ich war jetzt schon öfter hier und man sagt man druckt die Rechnung nicht mehr aus und sie kommt per Mail. Funktioniert jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal nicht und ich kann die Spesen nicht einreichen.
