Vacances géniale
Pros:

L’emplacement etait pour nous parfait, au centre du village qui etait très animé du matin au soir. Tout est pratique.
Le petit déjeuner simple et très agréable en terrasse.
Le personnel vraiment agréable. Nous reviendrons.

Séjour dans un hôtel charmant et authentique
Pros:

Bon emplacement vivant et central, bel hôtel typique avec restaurant et équipe très sympa. Chambre climatisée, bien équipée, machine à café tassimo, bouteille d’eau etc très appréciable.

Cons:

Le ménage de la chambre n’était fait que partiellement… poussières, vitre, sol pas très propres.

amazing few days in Bidart, such a beautiful town. location was amazing. I recommend hiring e-bikes

Location was amazing it was right on the square with views of the mountains behind us.

Cons:

The service was quite slow at times, but to be fair they were very busy and the staff were all delightful

Séjour efficace par l’emplacement et le service.

L’emplacement , les repas, la chambre.

Cons:

Manque d’accueil , le service est très efficace mais aucun lien avec le client.
Nous sommes restés 4 nuits , avons pris tous les matins le petits déjeuner, tous les repas du soirs sans qu’aucun membre du personnel ne sache que nous étions à l’hôtel.
Pas un bonjour ou un bonsoir en passant devant le comptoir, pas une fois on nous a demandé quoi que ce soit sauf notre commande.
Nous sommes partis avec nos valises le dernier jour sans même un regard , encore moins un « au revoir »
Dommage .
Tout est très efficace mais aucune chaleur humaine .
