Einfaches, nettes Hotel
Pros:

Für Ruhesuchende ist das Hotel empfehlenswert. Man sollte sich jedoch darauf einstellen, dass die Zimmer und die gesamte Anlage schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Unser Zimmer war schlicht eingerichtet, da wir aber ohnehin den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren, hat uns das nicht weiter gestört. Es war sauber, jedoch war kaum Duschgel/Shampoo vorhanden, was man auf Nachfrage (unangenehm) dann erhalten hat. Hotelgäste sollten wissen, dass die Zimmer sehr, sehr hellhörig sind. Toilettenspülung, ein Husten uvm., - man hört einfach alles.
Frühstück war in Ordnung. Poolbereich klein aber gepflegt.
Abends kann man im Hotel selbst keine Bar oder Restaurant benutzen, da alles geschlossen ist.
Mit einem Auto ist das jedoch kein Problem: Nach kurzer Fahrzeit erreicht man wunderschöne Strände und eine tolle Auswahl an Restaurants, unter anderem in der nahegelegenen Stadt Budoni.

Gemütlicher Familienurlaub in idyllischer Lage nahe am Meer und in freundlicher Atmosphäre

Gute Lage, wunderschöner Außenbereich, wie ein großer Garten, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, einfaches, aber gemütliches Zimmer mit kleiner Terrasse, bequeme Betten, genug Stauraum, Klimaanlage, recht großes Frühstücksbuffet, schöner Pool, schöner Sandstrand mit Naturschatten fußläufig zu erreichen,

Cons:

Die Frühstückszeiten - hätte mir gewünscht, noch ein bisschen länger frühstücken zu können, ansonsten alles perfekt!

E’ immersa nel verde curatissimo e sono piccoli bungalow tutti ravvicinati ma assolutamente indipendenti

Cons:

Il servizio cambio asciugamani e lenzuola viene fatto ogni 3 gg salvo pagare sovrapprezzo.
Ho dovuto pagare pure un sovrapprezzo di 15 euro a persona per usufruire della piscina solo per 3 ore il giorno del check out (che va fatto entro le ore 10), e credo che sarebbe una cortesia non farlo pagare dopo una settimana di soggiorno.
Non viene assicurata alcuna camera di cortesia per eventuale cambi il giorno del check out (salvo pagare 50 euro in più) pur sapendo che l’aeroporto non è vicino ed è molto probabile che i clienti non abbiano il volo di ritorno nelle prime ore del mattino), i bagagli vengono lasciati a vista in reception e ci si cambia in un bagno che non ha neppure le chiavi per chiudersi oltre ad essere veramente piccolissimo.
All’interno della camera la doccia era ancora con la tendina e consiglio di portare dietro tutto l’occorrente per il proprio igiene perché i prodotti monouso dati sono insufficienti.
La colazione sufficiente ma non oltre.

Ottima struttura
Pros:

Staff molto gentile e disponibile. La spiaggia a pochi passi dalla struttura, poco affollata ed offre un mare mozzafiato. Quest'ultima è invasa da poseidonia per i primi metri, ma successivamente è praticamente una piscina naturale. La colazione è abbondante, ma poco varia. Posizione strategica, vicina a Budoni, San Teodoro ed Olbia, ma è necessario avere un'auto per muoversi. Piscina ben curata e poco affollata.

Cons:

Arredamento e doccia un po' datati.

Ottima sistemazione vicino alla spiaggia!
Pros:

Molto accogliente, posizione comoda vicino alla spiaggia di Porto Anius e poco distante dal centro di Budoni. Molto bella la sistemazione in bungalows. Colazione buona e assortita.

Cons:

Connessione internet lenta e instabile, si scollegava di continuo.
Snack bar poco assortito.

Location and staff and food. If you don’t have car you can’t do anything, and food is really bad and no fresh fruit. The staff are nice but they are not helpful and don’t speak English they don’t tell enough information about the area.
