Pros:

De passage à Burgos pour 1 nuit. Etablissement propre, très bon accueil 20mn de balade au travers un parc pour arriver dans le centre historique de Burgos. Parfait !

Bilbao, give it a miss Bilbao give it a miss.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing...I could not find it in all the turmoil of Bilbao's catastrophic road confusion. My car Sat nav gave in on the 6th consecutive attempt to find it. Have you been here to witness the nonsense!?

Cons:

Bilbao, fullstop. I will never come here again and I feel cheated by booking.com arranging accomadation that was virtually impossible to get too
You've never been there to witness the confusion. Other brits are here with me who are in the same mind that bilbao is not for them! We have all lost money and accommodation due to the disruption of catastrophic road infrastructure.

Es un lugar súper acogedor, con un personal muy agradable. Tiene de todo, no echamos nada en falta. Y se llega paseando al centro sin ningún problema. Muy recomendado.

Pros:

The room was small but clean and got plenty of sunlight; bathroom supplies were stocked every day. The towels were very clean. The receptionist was very welcoming and easy to approach.

Cons:

There was no proper chair in the room, which made working at the desk almost impossible; the duvet cover was visibly dirty; my stay coincided with cold weather, and the heating was not available most of the time (the last two days of my 7-day stay the heating was on for just a couple of hours within each day)
