Stay is comfortable, as always. No need to go out if you want good food.
Pros:

Appreciated front desk for accommodating my requests for
1-early chk in in 2 single beds in ground flr instead of double bed in 2nd floor
2-chk out extension (for a fee of course), honestly I did not expect positive reply but they really made effort to chk and make arrangements to accommodate me. With that, am so grateful.

Housekeeping can still be improved

Pros:

Ontbijt was goed aanbod verschilt per dag. Hotel op loopafstand van de hoofdstraat met de winkel centrums en restaurants.

Cons:

Veel evenementen tot laat in de avond. Had er zelf geen last van maar als je stilte verwacht om vroeg te slapen. Kan het wel een probleem zijn.

Enjoyable relaxing stay.
Pros:

Modern, well designed, comfortable and friendly staff.

Cons:

All was good. It would have been nice to have a small bar area serving drinks and comfortable seating. But drinks available in the restaurant, so that’s fine.

Pros:

The shower caulking needs to be redone. It was spreading out all over the floor. And the bidet started leaking overnight and a huge puddle kept showing up so i had to out the bidet handle in the sink.

Since we were in Butuan for a pickleball tournament, it was a nice place to come home to after the tournament.
Pros:

Very close to malls and restaurants

Cons:

It was too close to the road, you could hear the motorcycles on the road. No Bell boy- security guard brought up our things when we checked in and brought down our things when we checked out. I do not like the idea that a guard delivers things to the room, it made me feel uncomfortable and not safe! He knew where my room was. Key cards- only one was given- when there were two occupants in the room. I requested for another key card which was given the day after. Shower heater was intermittent. The temperature would go super hot or super cold- no steady temp.

Good and not so good
Pros:

Food was great. Waiters were helpful and accomodating. My fave is sinigang na baboy and salmon. 🫰

Cons:

Frontdesk needs to improve in their service. She was giving me reservations of different persons. And gave me the right name after 3rd tries. 🤔

Our toiletseat in our room was smaller than the actual toiletbowl. Its so difficult for me, as a female. 😔
