Overall beautiful place in a wonderful location 👍
Pros:

Loved the location, the tearooms, quality of the food, the staff were very pleasant and accommodating, beautifully clean.

Cons:

We stayed in the Dome room and I felt that the access to the room was hampered by the stair access which was very narrow and somewhat difficult to navigate also the height of the ceiling beams were very low and I hit my head several times within the bathroom🙈

Great Stay in Excellent Location.
Pros:

Large appartment, well equipped kitchen, 2 large comfortable sofas and extra chairs.Comfortable bed. Good walk in shower,
Modern bathroom. Part of a lovely tearooms with a great menu. Lots of choice. Nice staff. Tables can be reserved. Plenty of parking, across the riad from the Opera House and the Pavilion Gardens. Close to lots of pubs and restaurants. Good heating. Everything on the level.

Cons:

Some noise early in the mornings, not many TV Channels, wifi abit patchy.

Pros:

Excellent location in central Buxton. Very comfortable room with generous tea/ coffee facility. Cosy warm during our chilly stay. Breakfast was excellent in the tea room.

Cons:

We found a pizza box with leftovers under the bed from prior occupants.

Pros:

The property was really lovely and staff were friendly. Breakfast was outstanding at the tea rooms downstairs.

Cons:

The only problem was the stairs were steep ok for me, however my 78 mum found them tricky but didn’t spoil the stay.

Fantastic location, perfectly pleasant staff and room and accommodation were spotlessly clean. Bed was comfy, and facilities all worked well.

Cons:

My only criticism was that it was hot through the night, but thats my own fault for not opening the window and because I am used to cold house.

Beautiful property with a superb location
Pros:

The location was absolutely superb. A one minute walk to the Opera House and Pavillion Gardens and about 5 minues from a large range of shops and restaurants and cafes.
The bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of storage.
There was also a communal lounge area which was a lovely addition
An AMAZING power shower

Cons:

Four flights of steep stone stairs to get to the room and no plug sockets near a mirror
