Location was great for the theatre
It was very hot inside and there wasn’t a fan in the bedroom
The location was perfect and the room clean, comfortable and best yet, characterful. What made it really special though was the additional luxury of being in such a historic building with so many lovely features still visible. It was like stepping back in time to sit reading in the beautiful Georgian period guest lounge, with all the furniture in keeping with that period, a beautiful piano in the corner, looking out through the large, high windows at the park and opera house. We also loved the tea room below and had a gorgeous breakfast there with the same breathtaking view. Staff were efficient and kind, guiding us to where to find extra pillow and towels and keen to share local tips for pubs. Brilliant!
Nothing at all. Couldn’t fault it. Even the beds were exceptionally comfortable and cosy!
Location is excellent
Nothing
Location opposite opera house. Large flat .good shower. Well equipped kitchen. Private and quiet
Bath towels too small bath sheets would be better. Bedroom could accommodate a king bed as double too cramped for us which made it uncomfortable
The location is perfect the reception staff were fantastic and the apartment itself was excellent !
It had everything needed for a short stay the bed was comfortable as were the sofas in the lounge. It it also has a very well equipped kitchen .
Lovely location, very helpful owner
Nothing
The ground floor apartment was so cosey we had lounge, master bedroom and kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen had oven pans and plates so we made our own breakfast. We stayed on bed sofa and it was a lovely comfortable sleep.
Lovely room lovely shower
I didn't appreciate the staff telling my ex partner that I stayed and how I paid after their card machine didn't work. My business is my own and I feel my information was given out by staff members
The location is perfect right opposite the Pavillion Gardens
Parking was difficult at times especially Saturday with opera house goers.
The accommodation was a lot more spacious than I initially thought from the pictures which was a pleasant surprise. I stayed with my partner and our 1 year old, so having space for her to run around was ideal. The courtyard bit was also pleasant and felt like we had privacy even though we were right in the middle. Located opposite the opera house and park as well also meant we got to make the most out of our stay. We're definitely coming back in the summer!
Nothing really, phone signal was difficult and we couldn't use the Samsung dongle on the TV to screen share our ipad (ideal for the little one to watch some teletubbies occassionally!) but that was no big deal.
Overall the place was brilliant.
Cosy, clean and spacious. Location was perfect for the Opera House.
.
Clean and comfortable.
The ulliminated fire exit sign in the room we had.
Beutiful room, frendly staff, great location, just across the road from the theatre and close to shops and restaurants.
We stayed in the Dome room, and there were very steep stairs leading to our room, which some people might struggle with.
V comfortable bed and bed linen.Appreciated the tea, coffee, biscuits etc.Bathroom was v clean as was the living room.V good location perfect for the opera house.
The fridge needed a clean. The louvred blinds in the bedroom didn’t exclude the light from outside security lights unfortunately.
