Lovely room lovely shower
I didn't appreciate the staff telling my ex partner that I stayed and how I paid after their card machine didn't work. My business is my own and I feel my information was given out by staff members
The ground floor apartment was so cosey we had lounge, master bedroom and kitchen and bathroom. Kitchen had oven pans and plates so we made our own breakfast. We stayed on bed sofa and it was a lovely comfortable sleep.
The location is perfect right opposite the Pavillion Gardens
Parking was difficult at times especially Saturday with opera house goers.
The accommodation was a lot more spacious than I initially thought from the pictures which was a pleasant surprise. I stayed with my partner and our 1 year old, so having space for her to run around was ideal. The courtyard bit was also pleasant and felt like we had privacy even though we were right in the middle. Located opposite the opera house and park as well also meant we got to make the most out of our stay. We're definitely coming back in the summer!
Nothing really, phone signal was difficult and we couldn't use the Samsung dongle on the TV to screen share our ipad (ideal for the little one to watch some teletubbies occassionally!) but that was no big deal.
Overall the place was brilliant.
Cosy, clean and spacious. Location was perfect for the Opera House.
.
Clean and comfortable.
The ulliminated fire exit sign in the room we had.
Beutiful room, frendly staff, great location, just across the road from the theatre and close to shops and restaurants.
We stayed in the Dome room, and there were very steep stairs leading to our room, which some people might struggle with.
V comfortable bed and bed linen.Appreciated the tea, coffee, biscuits etc.Bathroom was v clean as was the living room.V good location perfect for the opera house.
The fridge needed a clean. The louvred blinds in the bedroom didn’t exclude the light from outside security lights unfortunately.
Everything!
Nothing
The staff were friendly and welcoming, the venue is in a great location, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Also the shower in the room was excellent! Great water pressure for an old building.
could not switching on hot water in shower but it was too late at night to ask help to sort out
Quirky suite
Everyone an everything
Nothing
The bedroom and bathroom are large, the bed was very comfortable,my wife and I stayed in the opera house room. The staff were nice,I met one of the house keepers, and she was very nice. The breakfast was very good,we would stay at this property again.
Their are number of stairs to climb, especially with a heavy suitcase.the tv didn't have many channels, even a number of free view channels were missing. The weather was very poor, either snowing,or raining or slush, that wasn't the Tea rooms fault, also their was alot of noise from people coming from the pub across the road.Again nothing to do with the Tea rooms.
Fabulous location. Lovely room, staff helpful and friendly.
Proximity to Opera House and town centre
