Quiet, comfortable beds
Asked for refundable deposit 6k pesos first. Was a bit strange thou.
I didn't like it at All.
I booked this establishment for a couple days thinking it would be a pleasant stay based on the images they posted online. When I arrived I realized I was completely lied to. The bathrooms have black mold and are seemingly uncared for by the cleaning staff, and there was a terrible smell throughout the entire room that smelled like the room was not cleaned or something was rotten in there. I told the front desk and asked for a refund which they said was non-refundable as I would be shortening my stay with them. They then offered to spray the room to temporarily reduce the bad smell but did not offer cleaning of the room or anything to really address the cause if the smell. I woke up the next morning after having to stay because of the no refund policy and I feel so itchy. No rest, bedbugs, horrible smell, moldy and unclean bathrooms and room. This establishment is beyond overpriced, it is really expectations versus reality . I'm not going back here as they do not take care of the property, the rooms are terrible , its not tidy at all., and the staff, are unprofessional, the guest is asking for help with the unpleasant smell at tge room , and they just offer to spray the room which just gives a temporary solution not gettibg rid ehere the smells is coming from.If i could give negative stars I would. 0/5. I will never be staying here again and taking my business elsewhere. I booked 3 days , but I just rest day for a one night, I wanted to rest but that wasn't I expected it to be. Not worth the money I spent booking it for 3 days. The bedsheets doesn't smells fresh and the chair looks so untidy. The mirror is not a good view either for the room.

The shower has no partition, so water splashing all over the bathroom, no bidet and the blanket is soo thin.

If needed to catch the bus early morning from Robinson quite hard to get there as there are no taxis, only local transportation.
For breakfast they only serve Black coffee. I wanted white coffee so the only option was to PURCHASE from the counter some creamer. I have never been so annoyed. An overall great stay turned sour because of their policy about coffee creamer. Makes you wonder about their management
Late notice booking for multiple rooms, staff were happy to work with us on getting this arranged.

Parking right outside the room off the main road keeping the car nice and safe with plenty of room to maneuver.
As a vegetarian - there’s nothing on the menu - as this was my third visit - I knew they were more than helpful giving me the breakfast of my choice !
On a three night stay - no housekeeping came to my room - to freshen up -
