Pros:

everything was fine. it was very quiet, I was alone at the pool in the afternoon. the bed was very comfortable and I liked the vibe of the bathroom.

I was not having a good time when I stayed here due to many factors. It was okay, not amazing
Pros:

It was central. There was many restaurants and convenience stores around. The rooms are modern

Cons:

The outside bathroom comes with a lot of bugs and the shower floor and walls were green (almost looks moldy). It was a bit nosey but it was fine for me since it’s a convenient place to stay. The bedroom is also a bit dark.
One issue I did have when checking out- the staff had tried to charge me for drinks I had not opened that were in the fridge. I’m not sure if any of the staff had stolen something from my fridge since they were in my room everyday or they were trying to take advantage of this situation since I was a young female travelling alone. I was really unhappy with this situation and I will not be staying here again.

This was the worst place I stayed at in Bali. The photos do not match reality at all. The rooms are very small and dirty. The bed sheets and towels were always dirty. There is no wardrobe in the rooms. The rooms are extremely small. The pool is constantly dirty. The sunbeds by the pool are old, and there are a lot of ants that won’t let you relax. The furniture is old and worn out. It was a terrible experience — I do not recommend this place.

My favorite boutique hotel in Bali I will book again and again!
Pros:

I loved my stay at Amantrana. The room and hotel itself were beautiful, peaceful, calm. I always felt safe as a solo female traveler and the staff were so helpful with literally anything I needed from express laundry to phone chargers to salon recommendations.

I booked the balcony room, high quality design with beautiful furniture. The bathroom and wet room set up was gorgeous, and always kept extremely clean and hygienic.

Het bed lag echt heerlijk!!
En hoe het personeel is. We hadden snachts iemand die aan de verkeerde deur stond en ze hebben meteen achterhaald wie er onze deur probeerde te openen. Echt top!

Pros:

We sleep so well in the bed it was so comfortable, the rooms look exactly like the photos the outside shower area was lovely. The staff were also amazing an very welcoming. Check in process was easy.

Cons:

It wasn’t within walking distance of the main area in Canggu although getting a bike was really easy
