Beautiful Masseria, great staff and food. The buffet under the olive trees was a wonderful experience of Puglian cuisine iand culture. Great balance between family orientated whilst having lovely adult areas to relax. Room was perfect for family with 2 teen children. Location is perfect for access to beaches, olive tastings, evenings out etc. Would highly recommend

Tolle Lage, freundliches Personal, wunderschöne Anlage
This is really a wonderful relaxation spot in the Puglia region. We were just going through for a couple of nights but could have stayed for a number of days. The staff is very hospitable and does a lot to make you feel welcome and have a great experience. We did the on-site dinner which was amazing, and also did a wine-tasting experience that was like having a private sommelier talk to you about Apulian wines. The pool was fresh and clean, and quite large for the small number of people at the property. Also, this is NOT one of those 'event' hotels, and it was very quiet and calm. About 10 - 20 minutes drive as well to Ostuni and Alberabello where we took some day trips.
We had a wonderful time at this Masseria, and not much more to expect. WiFi connectivity outside could be improved, as it's in the countryside, but I'm picking for something to call to improve.
De tudo. Muito capricho. Muito bem conservada. Café da manhã delicioso.
I only wish we could have stayed longer. Absolutely beautiful and so relaxing. The pool was wonderful. The room was amazing. Very quiet and relaxing. Booked a cooking class nearby
Beautiful & charming property, authentic and well-kept masseria with amazing furnishing details, homemade breakfast was abundant and top-notch, big pool with nice bar, amazing restaurant for dinner.
The rooms close to the reception can get noisy and lack privacy, make sure to ask for a quiet room. There’s also a security system on the gate to the garden that beeps every few seconds which can be a bit annoying.
The grounds, resort & rooms are beyond beautiful. The service is so friendly & kind
All of it
We loved this Masseria. It was literally perfect for our family of 6. Three great rooms and wonderful staff. The breakfasts are fantastic. Had a lovely dinner our first night and wished we had eaten there every night as it was very relaxing and quiet. We all had massages one day which were super relaxing as well. We did sign up and do their cooking class recommendation as we thought it was on their premises, but unfortunately it was more near Ostuni the town and maybe a tad pricier than expected for what we made/had for dinner. It was fun though! The rooms are great in the Masseria, the staff was so accommodating-- providing a fan, etc as it was during the heat wave (AC works great), and the pool is so relaxing.
Set in a lush green oasis in the hills above the sea, Masseria Cervarolo is a full-featured resort, with a beautiful pool replete with whirlpool and a pool bar. Gianni, the pool bar director, is an absolute genius with cocktails. His Aperol Spritzes and Espresso martinis are some of the best we’ve ever had.
He can also make you any other cocktail that you would like, will come up with something totally original on the spot. Make sure to try his original “Sbagliato di Sbagliato,” his unique take on the “Negroni Sbagliato.”
The hotel rooms themselves are either in the main converted ancient farmhouse or in a series of “trulli,“ ancient Apulian dwellings.
The restaurant serves inventive beautifully prepared local ingredients in a farm to table environment outdoors in the summer.
We loved our stay here and look to returning.
The perfect masseria stay in Ostuni. Masseria cervarolo exceeded all expectations from start to finish. I would highly recommend having dinner in their restaurant, it was our favourite meal during our stay in Puglia. The staff make you feel at home adding a personal touch to your stay.
Beautiful property - everything is so well decorated. The terrazas are gorgeous and the views are stunning. The breakfast each morning is freshly made with a huge choice of sweet & savoury items. The pool is even bigger than I thought. It's also not too far from the towns (and a beautiful drive). Highly recommend.
Wifi in the rooms is patchy but it's still workable.
We had a wonderful time at the masseria , the staff was amazing and the atmosphere as well. We left items in our safe and they immediately got them for us and kept them until we returned later in the day.
I have already told friends about this lovely place . The chapel was a major plus!
The people at Masseria are just as beautiful as the Masseria itself.
It is absolutely wonderful and you will not want to leave, the pool area is so relaxing and the wonderfully run pool side bar is such a relaxing place to spend time , and have delicious , piadina , toasted sandwiches , salads or just drinks of all types. superbly looked after by the fantastic Gianni, and the Masseria is fantastic in all areas , from the beautiful restaurant and breakfast room where you will find great service and home made products. I cannot mention everybody but thank you to all including Andrea R , and Lucia ( especially for the little chair) , and the cleaner who smiled and said ciao every morning. You were all wonderful it was amazing to feel we were in your arms of love. We hope we will see you again one day , thank you.
Authenticity
Nothing to complain
From start to finish we were surrounded by the happiest, kind and supportive group of staff we have ever encountered. Our room was beautifully appointed, comfortable, spacious and perfectly air conditioned ( outside the temperature was in the mid 30’s). Having a large pool simply added to the amazingly relaxing feel to the Masseria. The included breakfast was excellent for us and the evening meal was unforgettable. As a centre to travel out to Ceglie Messapica, Grotalgie, Cisternino, Lido Morelli, Lecce and Ostuni, it was ideally placed. Patrizia and Teo are perfect hosts and given the ease of getting here, we will be back…..
We stayed at this hotel for a few days and our room was absolutely beautiful. The stone walls and unique décor gave it so much charm and character.
The staff including reception spoke very little English, which made communication difficult since we don't speak Italian, Lady also came across as rather cold and uninterested.
Breakfast featured high-quality products including excellent cheeses, cured meats, and fresh fruit. However the buffet was poorly managedi It was often messy, dirty tablecloths and everything was refilled and cleaned up very slowly.
The bartender spent most of the time sitting down and staring into space instead of paying attention to guests.
There is a beautiful shared tea lounge that was clearly designed with great taste and attention to detail, but it felt neglected because dirty cups were left sitting around for hours.
Overall, this is a gorgeous historic hotel but the level of attention to guests simply isn't where it should be. It's a real shame
It is perfect, great staff, amazing Masseria, the best pool
