Lovely staff . Lovely pool ! Pretty property !
Pros:

Loved staying in a property with Tulli the cornet shaped buildings ..are bedroom was in one which was lovely .

Cons:

Hated an old fashioned shower curtain . Bathroom was done to be part of the tulli so it wasn’t very modern and was very small . When I asked if I could have a salad one evening it wasn’t possible which was a shame .

Pros:

Très belle masseria, mais un peu cher au niveau qualité prix. Décoré avec goût dans un style ancien, très beau, mais pas forcément très pratique (petite salle de bain avec pommeau de douche qui ne se détache pas, rideau qui colle à la peau)… le diable se cache dans les détails parce que, vraiment, pour le reste, la masseria vaut vraiment le détour ☺️ magnifique salon commun, chapelle, très beau jardin!
Restaurant de haut vol, très très bon et délicieux petit déjeuner.

Relaxing days - book here!
Pros:

Just stayed for 2 nights and wished we could have stayed longer! Staff, grounds, room, food - all excellent! Restaurant also had the best food of our trip so far! Gianni at the pool was excellent as was Francesco at the restaurant. Pool area was also a very relaxing atmosphere. We were helped with our luggage to our room as well as the stairs are made of stone and somewhat uneven, so this was very much appreciated (obviously we were not in one of the trulli rooms). Truly, a great experience!

Perfect experience.
Pros:

Unique, picturesque, beautiful, extremely friendly, comfortable are just a few adjectives associated with this accommodation. Can't speak too highly of it. We enjoyed a relaxing few days at this location enjoying the surrounding chocolate box towns,lovely food and ambience. I thoroughly enjoyed the the day cycling adventure that can cover 100s of km with exceptional prepared tracks, all off busy roads. Almost forgot to mention the friendly helpful staff who enhanced the visit. Thank you.

Beautiful little gem - 9.5, nearly perfect
Pros:

Fantastic little oasis of greenery, with a comfortable pool area.
Great staff, very attentive.
Very good pool bar.
Very nice, cosy common room area (like a living room, with self service bar).
Absolutely gorgeous breakfast, one of the best ones we've had.
Dinner in the restaurant is in comparison fine, but not extraordinary.

Cons:

The music room, while amazingly furnished, didn't have a working music system because guests keep breaking the turntable (they did explain it, which is fine, but maybe a Bluetooth connection at least, or CDs, would be better).

Une très belle étape.
Pros:

Bel accueil, un beau domaine très bien restauré et entretenu. De belles plantations, une très grande piscine magnifique. De belles chambres et suites, un grand parking privé. Service impeccable au restaurant.

Cons:

Les derniers 100m à l’arrivée se font sur du gravier.

A beautiful property that provides a relaxed respite to the daily tourist activities.
Pros:

Property lovely. Pool area superb. Room very comfortable. Breakfast was ok - only hot option was fried or scrambled eggs but plenty of fruit, pastries ect.

Mooie locatie maar wij hebben de sfeer wat gemist.
Pros:

Heel mooie locatie. Prachtig zwembad. Goed gelegen om in de buurt te bezoeken. Onthaal bij aankomst zeer gastvrij.

Cons:

Het restaurant is minder. Niet zozeer het eten maar eerder het personeel. Er is geen sfeer en je voelt je niet echt op je gemak. Het ademt alleszins geen Italiaanse sfeer. Dat is jammer.

a retreat for those looking for a relaxing stay
Pros:

It’s excellent for those looking for an authentic vibe and want a peaceful hotel outside of Ostuni . Their WhatsApp service was amazing and the staff always got back to you straight away with any requests . Although it isn’t in central Ostuni , calling a taxi was not a problem as it was always quickly arranged by the hotel .

Cons:

I did give feedback on the selection of dinner but we ate mostly in the town so it wasn’t enough to put me off the hotel

Cozy recharge spot
Pros:

Beautiful facility and great breakfast. Was a perfect spot to relax after a busy city like Paris. We enjoyed the pool and also had dinner at the hotel restaurant one evening. Highly recommend if you want a cozy quiet stay.

There was almost no wifi. And also no internet. Generally the location has a rather poor coverage. It will be good if you need an internet detox but terrible if you have to work for example

True gem
Pros:

We stayed for two nights at Masseria Cervarolo and knew from the moment we arrived that we had found a true gem.
The staff was incredibly welcoming, professional, and always available to help throughout our stay. Every recommendation they gave us turned out to be excellent. The services and experiences organized by the masseria were impeccable, well coordinated, and offered great value.
Our room was spotless, beautifully furnished, and surrounded by stunning gardens that made the entire property feel peaceful and authentic. The pool area was fantastic, and the cocktails prepared by Gianni and Alexander, together with the delicious lunch menu, made our afternoons unforgettable.
We also had dinner at the restaurant, where both the food and the service were of an exceptionally high standard.
The location of the hotel is perfect if you want to visit all the famous town of the Itria Valley and if you want to relax by the beach.
This was truly a special experience, and we will definitely be coming back!
