Zatkany odpływ pod prysznicem, woda nie odpływała tak jak powinna, dramatyczny wystrój pokoju, wszędzie wielkie pająki i pajęczyny, chyba nie sprzątane od lat, ubogie śniadanie.
Rooms very dated. For the price we paid very basic, not even a kettle to make a hot drink, in the bathroom very old tiles are painted over with the paint peeling in many places and mould all over the silicone in the shower. Bathroom lamps didn't even have bulbs in them. Overall room felt very old, should have been redone and upgraded many years ago. The photos on booking are nothing like the room we had.
Staff very rude, gent who was on the reception desk while we were checking in was constantly huffing at us and not very pleasant.
Breakfast was pretty horrible, very little choice, coffee machine for 2 days said to empty trays as they were full and nothing was done, once something run out it wasn't refilled, food options very basic and limited, alot of the cutlery was still dirty as well as glasses.
Also during our stay while we went for a walk on the grounds we sat on a garden sofa / bench which we ddont notice had a leg loose and after a couple mins it collapsed, when we went to reception to say thay happened they replied said " shouldn't have sat on it" and then proceeded to answer a telephone call completely ignoring us. Not even asked if we were okay if noone got hurt.
Overall do not recommend the hotel at all, very old and dated, rude staff, breakfasts very poor quality, for the same money you can get many better places, don't let the pictures fool you. I think they only give good service and good rooms to guests who book weddings with them as thats what the hotel is popular for.
Дуже чисто, затишно, комфортно.
Персонал - це 10 з 10! Рекомендую
Beautiful surroundings, birds singing nearly all night, peaceful and relaxing
Good breakfast.
I’m so glad that I stayed at this hotel!
I really liked the location, next to the lovely lake, quiet and secluded. I also really enjoyed the food at the restaurant . Amazing staff, really doing their best to help guests.
Room was very cold, standard far from what I saw on the pictures online, cleaning standard not bad but could improve.
We spend there four nights. It's a great place to rest - the hotel is situated outside Gdańsk but in 20 minutes you can be in histroical city center of Gdańsk. Good food, great view for the lake. Recommende for families with children.
In September we celebrated out polish-danish wedding in Hotel Otomin and I can warmly recommend this place. The food was delicious, the location is magical by the lake (we celebrated in the party tent) and the staff very friendly and helpful. We had no problem with the fact that we had a very international group of guests. The rooms were clean and everyone was very helpful. The owner and his wife are super friendly and reLly know what they are doing. I send them a lot of pictures from Pinterest how I wanted the decorations to be like and it was just as beautiful as we imagined it to be. They were also very flexible when we had extra wishes and it was no problem with special food for gluten intolerant or my vegan brother. If I could choose again, I would not hesitate to have my wedding at this hotel.
The Hotel's not the newest but it's good. It's 20min by Taxi (we paid around 7 EUR) outside of Gdansk overlooking a lake with a nice little pier surrounded by a forest.
The staff is nice and helpful. The room is spacious and very good for the price. Bed is comfy, and there's not so much noise coming from outside so that allows you to have a good sleep. Shower is ok (they provide soap and clean towels) but I really do not like where they placed the toilet.. It's very close to the wall and you end up being squeezed in between the walls and sink!
The only issue is... beware of mosquitoes! There are loads of them so remember to close all the windows and door when entering/leaving the room.
Recommended for a romantic getaway if you love nature and have a tight budget. They also serve food but we have not tried it.
Surrounded by both forest and lake and sort of nowhere this hotel is really a collection of little huts. It is fairly clear that it's focus is weddings with a big tent and all the "lovey dovy" stuff around but it's possible to feel comfortable here even if you don't plan to marry.
Not much around it, a bus going to central gdansk and a small grocery shop in walking distance.
The restaurant has good food and beer on tap, friendly girls serve both.
Breakfast quite impressive considering.
If you like to smell the odour of the past in the dirty room, never changing curtains and a cold water running from your shower - that is a proper place to stay to you. Despite 2 announcement at reception for the two consecutive days I have to take cold showers. I was lodge in the main building but there are some huts for families I suppose. The only shining point is the restaurant with decent food and fresh beer.
I stayed at the Hotel Otomin with my boyfriend and we can honestly recommend this hotel to everybody! The area is very peaceful and charming, located near to the Gdansk City Centre, no problems with the transport. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. We had a small problem with the tv but was quickly by the receptionist (the remote was out of service).
If you want to spend some quality time with your loved one- this is the place!
In this hotel we have 2 types of accomodacion: the hotelbuilding, there are rooms (for 1,2 or more persons) and the bungalows The hotel has beautifull garten. Here you can rent boots, because the Otomin - lake is exacly behind the hotel. The village, big forrest and lake are beautifull landskape. If you want to go to Gdansk, is only 15 minutes to the center by car. The Food is very good to, the restaurant is not in the night open.
