From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Gloria who gave us a welcome drink and showed us the facilities. Our room was exceptional and was central to everything in Ostuni.

Gloria was super welcoming and made us feel right at home.
The breakfast was excellent, the room was second to none and it was right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Ostuni. Just marvellous.

L'ambiente è pulito in tutti gli spazi che gli ospiti possono frequentare.
La posizione è centrale, pur rimanendo riservata, perché non intercetta la strada turistica più frequentata.
La colazione è completa, senza essere eccessiva.
Lo staff è gentile e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti.
Aggiungerei nel bagno della suite qualcosa per appendere gli asciugamani.
Renderei gratuito il consumo di ciò che si trova nel frigo della suite o per lo meno dell'acqua, come si conviene in strutture di questo livello.
The location in Ostuni was nice! The elderly kitchen lady was nice.
The initial room were small and malodorous. There are old magazines everywhere, and the place smells like mold. The air conditioning did not work in our initial room, and Gloria knew about it but didn't fixe it. When we complained about the room with 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees F) to Booking.com, the staff, especially Gloria, turned hostile and passive-aggressive, but offered the pool room. The pool room also has several air conditioners that don't work, and the pool does not look entirely clean. The pool room is definitely not worth the posted price.
However, worst of all, Gloria and Francisco were not very kind. They did not ask how we were doing or if they could be of anyhell. Gloria took out our breakfast plates even though we were not done and was directly rude on several occasions. On the last breakfast Gloria served uncooked eggs. Don't go there! Find something else!

After a stressful day of driving, we were welcomed by Francesco, who greeted us with charm and grace. He settled us down with a glass of wine whilst he checked us into his charming small hotel. Breakfast is a lovely experience too.Being in the heart of the old city was perfect.

Great potential, but fails on basic hospitality standards. It is a shame to write this because the physical property, a converted monastery, is nice. However, the management's policies and lack of hospitality heavily impacted our final days in Puglia.
A hotel should prioritize guest rest, but here you are forced into a rigid schedule. Breakfast is only a single hour (8:30–9:30 AM), and check-out is forced at 10:00 AM. Having just come from two wonderful hotels in the Lecce area that offered standard 11:00 AM check-outs, this felt incredibly rushed and unaccommodating.
Additionally, the sensory experience in the public spaces is totally unpleasant due to an intensely overpowering incense fragrance masked throughout the lobby. We couldn’t even stay in the lobby for longer than 5 minutes because of that smell, super awful and strong.
When checking out, the staff couldn’t care less, no one even asked how our stay was. A beautiful property means nothing if the hospitality is this poor. Would not return. You cannot relax here. Oh and the garden, supposedly you can sit there but it was closed the 3 days at 3 or 4pm, where we didn’t have a key to enter.
