Lovely Boutique hotel
Pros:

After a stressful day of driving, we were welcomed by Francesco, who greeted us with charm and grace. He settled us down with a glass of wine whilst he checked us into his charming small hotel. Breakfast is a lovely experience too.Being in the heart of the old city was perfect.

The hotel and interior plus location.

Cons:

Great potential, but fails on basic hospitality standards. It is a shame to write this because the physical property, a converted monastery, is nice. However, the management's policies and lack of hospitality heavily impacted our final days in Puglia.

A hotel should prioritize guest rest, but here you are forced into a rigid schedule. Breakfast is only a single hour (8:30–9:30 AM), and check-out is forced at 10:00 AM. Having just come from two wonderful hotels in the Lecce area that offered standard 11:00 AM check-outs, this felt incredibly rushed and unaccommodating.

Additionally, the sensory experience in the public spaces is totally unpleasant due to an intensely overpowering incense fragrance masked throughout the lobby. We couldn’t even stay in the lobby for longer than 5 minutes because of that smell, super awful and strong.
When checking out, the staff couldn’t care less, no one even asked how our stay was. A beautiful property means nothing if the hospitality is this poor. Would not return. You cannot relax here. Oh and the garden, supposedly you can sit there but it was closed the 3 days at 3 or 4pm, where we didn’t have a key to enter.

A perfect place to experience the charm of Ostuni—we would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! Francesco was an incredibly kind and welcoming host, and we really enjoyed listening to the story and history of the house—it made our stay feel even more special. The location is excellent, right in the heart of everything, and having a car park just a 5-minute walk away is a real luxury in Ostuni. The local breakfast was absolutely delicious, with fresh and authentic regional products. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

Wonderful location and suite. If we return to Ostuni we will stay here again.
Pros:

Perfect location in the historic district of Ostuni and is a very short walk to many restaurants, bars and historic sights. Gloria is very nice and shares a lot of information about the town. The suite was very large, charming, comfortable and clean and had everything we could need. Delicious breakfast.

Cons:

Loved it all. If we return to Ostuni we will stay here again.

Pros:

De locatie is serieus fantastisch, de communicatie is uitstekend en ontvangst met glaasje wijn tijdens check-in fijn!

Cons:

Er viel eigenlijk niets tegen! Wij hadden de kamer naast B&B met fijn een extra ruimte. Enige nadeel is dat je trapje op moet naar badkamer, de spiegel alleen te gebruiken is voor hele kleine mensen en dat er een boiler in zit, dus rekening houden met douchen. Is trouwens ook zo weer vol. Is oud gebouw, heeft z'n charme vinden wij.

Une très agréable pause !
Pros:

Le lieu est original et très bien décoré.
Un petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité, varié, permet de démarrer la journée de façon exquise.
L’emplacement est central mais au calme ce qui est très appréciable.

Cons:

La chambre n’est pas très spacieuse et l’accès à la salle de bain n’est pas confortable.
