Great place to stay
Pros:

Easy check in.
Clean & well decorated room.
Had everything we needed.
Comfortable bed.
Particularly liked the breakfast bag of goodies, great cornish coffee & the fridge with yoghurt, orange juice & milk and that the room was warm.

Cons:

Nothing, it was all good

Stylish room in old pub, great set up
Pros:

The property was central in town and the room was spotless, nicely furnished in a modern, tasteful style. The selection of drinks was great and the lunch bag breakfast was sweet. I really appreciate it them for making sure we had oat milk instead of dairy.

Cons:

Nothing

Decent place to stay in Penryn
Pros:

Location was great, right near the bus stops to Falmouth. Room was comfortable and bed was great.

Cons:

Towels were not changed and were folded on the towel rail.... this meant they stayed wet.
Breakfast was continental, but there was not table to eat at or prepare the cereal.

Expensive Noise stinks nice room without proper breakfast
Pros:

Location in old town centre and great fish and chips opposite
Room looks nice and modern but only looks 🫣
Friendly stuff

Cons:

Breakfast it’s a scam !!! For this money 💴 we expected proper breakfast but you’ll get …..
Dry food will waiting for you in the bags plus orange juice and yogurt 🫣 so if you book a room and think you will have hot morning breakfast like bacon and eggs 🥴 forget about that.
Our room no1 above the pub very very noise till midnight so if you sensitive avoid.
Shower not working properly really hot 🔥 water or freeze 🥶 nothing between definitely need a new electric shower.

Exceptional
Pros:

A beautiful historic building that has been adapted for modern use without destroying any of the original features.

Cons:

Cannot think of anything negative. Perhaps parking may be a problem for some people as the hotel has no car park. But the council car park was only a short walk away and also free from 4.0pm to 9.0am

Würden wir nicht wieder buchen…
Pros:

Tolle Lage, nettes Personal

Cons:

Cons:

Nothing really, not the biggest fan of electric showers but not the end of the world.
