I absolutely loved it and will stay again the future
Pros:

Amazing staff, clean room and breakfast bag for the morning which was lovely. Food was great!

Cons:

The things which can’t exactly be changed, creaky floorboards, having to slam my room door shut because it couldn’t close quietly, also bathroom door wouldn’t shut on its own so it remained partially open the entire time.

Altogether a mostly pleasant stay
Pros:

The room was clean and pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel/pub had a good feel. The location was also pleasant and only a short walk from the station.

Cons:

I had been hoping for a cooked breakfast and didn't realise it was only a "breakfast to go", although for the price it was good. The doors were fire doors (good) and banged loudly every time anyone used one in the night (bad), ear plugs were provided which I used after being woken a couple of times. The pillows were a bit too big (I usually bring my own when travelling, but didn't on this occassion) and the mattress softer than I like!

Over it was quaint and everyone was friendly and considerably quiet even being above the pub and on
Pros:

The breakfast was ok, my grandson enjoyed. Not to fond of package breads.
Juice and milk were good.

Cons:

The toilet tank wouldn’t refill after the first flush. Had to fill up the back tank with water every time needing to flush.
The water in the shower was extremely hot, could scald yourself if not careful.

A fantastic place and I would definitely stay here again!
Pros:

The inn was so easy to access and central in Penryn. The rooms are clean, cute and a lovely stocked breakfast is very appreciated. The staff is friendly and the pub food is great!

Cons:

The beds are a little lumpy and the shower pressure and temperature aren’t great.
