Excellent little cheap, cheerful and nice hotel on the river in Phi Mai
Pros:

Great little hotel in Phi Mai, on the river and good opportunity to have a nice walk in the morning when it's not too hot. Friendly staff who spoke good English despite it being very rural. Highly recommended if you are looking for a cheap and cheerful hotel, which is also nice.

Cons:

No kettle of coffee facilities in the room but they have lobby restaurant which they will provide anything you need.

Pleasant stay and recommandable for a couple days of Phimai or surrounding areas.
Pros:

Staff very helpful, location very good, value for money good and handy that you have a spacious parking

Cons:

Beds were really too hard for us, but I know most thai like these hard best. We mentioned it to the staff and they helped us to add a topper but this was still very hard. So this is something to consider might you want to stay for a longer period.

The location suited us. We are visiting family. We celebrated Songkran while we were there.

Cons:

It was clean, and a good location for us, and we enjoyed our stay. The only comment I would have is that the breakfast was very basic and took a long time after ordering.

This is a typical up country Thai hotel - cheap and cheerful. Don't expect too much
Pros:

Breakfast of coffee and toast - make your own - was included. You could get an egg on request at additional cost and doubtless other things although no menu. This was as expected for the room price so no complaint.

Pros:

Location. Opposite the river, has a very serene view. Very close to the historic park. Nearby there is a choice of restaurants.

A very nice hotel
Pros:

Very pleasant hotel. We had a room with a river view, which was very good. Very close to the main sights and restaurants. Very clean in the room, clean bed linen, good AC. Very friendly English speaking staff.

Cons:

The fridge has a tiny freezer so you can't even put a half a litre bottle into it.
The furniture is a bit old. There is no towel holder by the sink, a bit inconvenient. And a bit dark in the bathroom.
