A struggle that you will have to win

Cons:

- when i approached the room, ive noticed that all other room doors were opened wide, as well as windows inside. That wasnt a coincidence or mistake that just led dozens on insects to my room (there is no mosquito net). Thats how the hotel deals with terrible sewers smell from bathroom, which you can notice only after a few hours you spent inside, with a door and windows being closed. At the middle of the night struggle becomes almost unbearable: yes, it stinks so badly. Whoever had this “brilliant” idea to setup a bathroom without any ventilation, should go back to college. Whoever sells this as a hotel service - doesnt seem to be acting fair.
- Furniture, towels and bed sheets need a replacement.

Overnight in Phayao
Pros:

Undercover parking for motorbikes.

Cons:

Difficult road access meant I spent 10 minutes trying to locate the entrance to the property.
Staff were unfriendly and there was particularly poor sound insulation between rooms in the new hi-rise building.
No smile or welcome on arrival and upon checkout the man on reception did not say one word to me.
There is a 200 Baht key deposit returnable on checkout.

Cons:

Bathroom very dirty. Cobebs and spiders in hotel room. No kettle in room.
