Angenehmes, heimeliges Hotel aber mit Stil.

Beim Frühstück gab es alles was ich mir gewünscht habe.
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, fast
Im Altstadt.
Vom Busbahnhof nicht einmal zehn Minuten zu laufen.

Cons:

Alles hat mir gut gefallen. Nichts zu bemängeln.

Pros:

La personne qui m'a accueillie était très gentille et professionnelle. L'emplacement est parfait pour accéder à la vieille ville.

Cons:

Dans un 5 étoiles, je pense qu'il serait bien d'éviter d'avoir des marches de partout et de devoir porter ses bagages ce qui devient périlleux. La chambre avait vu sur rien. Au final, le rapport qualité-prix n'est pour moi pas justifié, et pour beaucoup voyager nous sommes ici dans un 4 étoiles et non un 5.

Oikein miellyttävä
Pros:

Aamiainen oli oikein hyvä, eikä pursunnut miljoona eri vaihtoehtoa.
Oikeinkivoja asiakaspalvelijoita.
Sohvalla oli mukava olla ja selailla

Cons:

Olisi voinut kysyä, haluatteko erikoiskahveja, että olisi huomannut , että niitä on saatavilla.
Kun viereisin huoneen ihmiset tulivat huoneeseen, oven pamaus tuntui täräyttävän väliseinää.

Morgonmålet. Super. mångsidig. Gott. Hälsosam. Möjlighet att beställa omelett från köket.
Detta morgonmål, är de bästa som vi och våra vänner ätit. Personalen bemötte kunderna med vänlighet, sakliga, gott humör. Man kände sig välkommen. Plus! berättade för kunderna vad som fanns att äta vid morgonmålet. Receptionen 👍

Unique in Finland
Pros:

This is the second time we are staying here. We have visited quite a few hotels in Finland, but there aren't many hotels of this class. Everything is of exceptional quality. The rooms are a bit on the small side, but that is because it is a historic building. All of this comes with a hefty price tag, but it is worth the money.
