GREAT FAMILY HOTEL
Pros:

A great family run hotel makes you feel at home. The hotel is very clean, staff is very helpful and the owners are there all the time. The rooms are warm. The breakfast is excellent served by the staff to your desire. You can even have gelato and various desserts at breakfast. Fresh squeezed orange juice, special breads, Italian cheeses and meats and great Italian coffee.

Nel complesso, non posso ritenermi soddisfatto né per la gestione né per l’accoglienza ricevuta.

Sicuramente molto pulito

La mia esperienza presso questa struttura è stata purtroppo deludente fin dall’arrivo. Alla reception la ragazza non era stata informata né della mia email con le mie intolleranze alimentari, né addirittura del mio arrivo: l’ho trovata impreparata e questo tipo di accoglienza non è stato affatto piacevole. Inoltre, la reception risultava quasi sempre vuota durante il soggiorno, rendendo complicato ottenere assistenza o semplici informazioni.

La colazione è stata piuttosto scarsa: a parte le torte fatte in casa, sicuramente buone, mancava qualsiasi alternativa o varietà.

A rendere il tutto ancora più negativo, ho avuto un episodio spiacevole con l’albergatore della struttura dirimpettaia, che mi ha costretto a chiedere l’intervento dei Carabinieri. Per questo motivo ho dovuto interrompere il soggiorno e lasciare l’hotel un giorno in anticipo rispetto alla partenza prevista.

la colazione era molto buona davvero con uno staff gentile,come primo impatto la frase è stata quanto è carino ci dobbiamo tornare,la camera un pò piccolina però abbastanza confortevole noi siamo stati una notte, ma ci tornerei volentieri anche per un weekend estivo.

Cons:

non cè nulla in particolare che posso dire che non mi è piaciuto,il tempo passato li è stato tutto piacevole.
