lovely hotel with excellent service in a great location
Pros:

lovely hotel, Stephano the owner is a freat guy, very friendly, welcoming and helpful as was the other staff, large clean ensuite room with balcony tastefully decorated. Great location easy walk to shops, restaurants and beach and 15 minute drive to Misano circuit which was the reason for my stay. Secure parking for my motorbike was another plus. I would definitely chose again and recommend it wholeheartedly to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

BUONA STRUTTURA PER UNA VACANZA DI RELAX
Pros:

La stanza ha un terrazzino funzionale per stendere costumi e salviettoni, una boccata d'ossigeno per i fumatori, il bagno è piccolo ma funzionale. La stanza ben pulita tutti i giorni, il titolare simpatico e disponibile. Ottimo il servizio check-in 0/24, l'albergo si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia e dalla via centrale. Mi ha lasciato un'ottima impressione.

La disponibilità, l'accoglienza la gentilezza di Stefano e della moglie sono un qualcosa di meraviglioso che trasformano in oro tutto il resto. Buona ed abbondante colazione e posizione ottima sia per il mare che per la passeggiata.

Se non si hanno grandi esigenze è ok.
Pros:

La posizione dell’hotel è molto comoda, vicino alla spiaggia e intorno ha tutto quello che serve. Il personale era molto cordiale e ospitale, soprattutto il signore al mattino (credo fosse il proprietario) ogni mattina ti accoglie con un sorriso.
Ero preoccupata per via dell’assenza dell’aria condizionata (mea culpa quando ho prenotato, dalla fretta, non avevo letto non ci fosse) avendo soggiornato ad agosto in una settimana caldissima pensavo di non riuscire a dormire eppure posso dire che la stanza era fresca e il ventilatore è bastato.
La colazione era semplice ma buona.

Cons:

Diciamo che sulla pulizia si potrebbe migliorare, non basta spolverare e pulire sulle superfici principali ma andare a fondo anche negli angoli perché alla fine è il dettaglio che conta... il bagno era quello che era, non c’era una vera e propria doccia ma ci si doveva arrangiare in mezzo al lavandino e al water (per fortuna il pavimento si asciugava abbastanza velocemente). È vero che la struttura è datata ma, personalmente, non è parte del problema. Principalmente la pulizia per me è da rivedere.

I very much enjoyed my time in Rimini. The room was clean and the owners were a very friendly and warm couple. Breakfast was wholesome and the hotel is located near the beach.

Soggiorno molto rilassante all’hotel Ave,il proprietario una persona squisita,gentilissima,sempre con il sorriso è molto disponibile verso i clienti…Staff molto attento e preparato,hotel in buona posizione vicino alla spiaggia,colazione molto buona,camere pulite e con tutto l’occorrente…
Siamo stati molto bene e sicuramente ci torneremo!!!
