Please fix and makntain your bathroom and change the matteress of the bed

Not maintained shower in the bath is not fixed on stand . The drainage level of bathroom is not good water is everywhere in bathroom while bathing. The mattresses of the bed are very old and not comfortable even we had a back pain in the morning. Our room no is 902
