Horrible, not clean & roaming dogs
Pros:

Super dirty, they also let their two little dogs run all around. Watched one almost get hit today. I chased the two around forever until the hotel next door mentioned it was their dogs and they just let them roam. The dogs are terrified and running down a busy section.

Nightmare at Budget Host Inn
Pros:

The building is literally crumbling. The rooms stink and absolutely infested with ROACHES. we had them in the beds, all over the floors, in the shower, even crawling into our dogs bed. Pubic hair in the sink, broken heater vents. Absolutely filthy and disgusting. Do not stay here unless you want roaches IN AND ON EVERYTHING. We left within two hours of arriving. Completely appalling.
