Near to the market and Sai Samadhi Temple
Quality and cleanliness of their mattress, pillow, and Quilt and bath towels. Looks like they didn’t replace them long time now. Bath towels were very hard and not cleaned adequately. Wash basin tab in the toilet was not installed property, you need to band your hands to wash, toilet flush was broken and during use, water was leaking around the area. You will have the wi-fi only for 2 days and get a new coupon after two days to get access on wi-fi. Staff is not smiling face, you need to request multiple times to get something, tea is worst in restaurant if you order in your room, as it gets cold by the time it reaches to you. They should have some hot cattle to serve for room service. I booked this hotel second time after 4 years as visited in 2022 and that time enjoyed my stay here but this time they disappointed me, Instead of improving their customer service, it deteriorated from 2022. I won’t book my stay in future in this hotel as could be other best options available for sure.

Too congested and not clean beds

The location was nearby Mandir, but price is too high compared to amenities...on net site...it was shown that the Pool table and Foosball was active...but at Hotel site in actual....pool was in damaged and not working condition, fooseball was totally disappeared..I am requesting Booking.com to refund me at least 30% of money paid to you for booking.
One small cockroach was found in my Kids room as well...so cleanliness is too bad.....
