It was okay though not extremely satisfactory.
Pros:

Location is very good.
Restaurant food was good
Travel desk though not very good

Ok for a one night stay. Dont expect too much from the property.
Pros:

The rooms were clean and hygiene.

Cons:

They did not match the description mentioned on the app, like basic toiletries were not provided, hair dryer and minibar missing and bedsheets were torn out which we had to ask for change which they did after requesting many times.

I recently stayed at the Hotel City Heart, very close to the Sai Baba Temple in Shirdi, and the experience was truly excellent. The location itself is a blessing—just a short walk from the temple, making darshan peaceful and convenient.

The room facilities were outstanding: spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged to ensure a restful stay. Cleanliness was maintained impeccably throughout my visit, which added greatly to the sense of comfort.

The ambience of the hotel was calm and welcoming, perfectly aligned with the spiritual atmosphere of Shirdi. What stood out the most was the staff—warm, courteous, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their hospitality made the stay feel personal and memorable.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shirdi for darshan or a peaceful getaway.
