工事については事前の説明がなく、低料金とはいえ納得いきません。
Cons:

ホテルの改装しつつ営業継続しているので、全体に足場が建てられ窓からの眺めが遮られてました。さらに、朝の９時過ぎにボンという大きな音がして、工事が始まったような気がしました。落ち着きませんでした。

Cosy place despite some outdoor works on the facade
Pros:

Comfortable hotel, large bedrooms, functional bathroom.
Nice staff, ready to help.

I wish to stay there again in my next trip
Pros:

It has a huge and free parking lot. The room was spacious compared to other options in the Shinjo city area. The hotel is right in front of the convenience store and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Oh, and the breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

Frankly, the hotel itself has seen its better days (note that this is true of many other hotels in the area). Although they’re doing a great job of keeping it pleasant, you can still feel the age of the building.

The Best Breakfast 😄
Pros:

We stayed on the 6th floor where we were able to see the Mount Gassan covered with snow. The staff at reception called Mr Ito was absolutely courteous and helpful equally Ms Hatta in the restaurant was was polite and hard working. By the way the breakfast we had in the restaurant was superbly presented and tasty.
