Breakfast and personal trip advices was awesome. Ketan is an excellent coordinator/Manager. He advised us on parking in shimla, routes to take and where to eat. in restaurant , Nikhil was superb restaurant manager.
out of 100 points, 99 points are for good. Just one flaw. the approach road is kaccha road and take precisely 8m of road down and up muddy lane to reach the hotel. however, Once on the premises then all is 100/100 for every aspect. just getting to and getting out is a challenge. rest all is excellent. massive big parking so no hassles on it.

The way to reach hotel was very bad.
Food ,Hotel ambience and hills view from our room was excellent, staff and especially Mr gagan deep deal us very well .
2km rood before hotel was not good.

Staff is extremely helpful.
Safety railings are not there in the room and there is a possibility of any untoward incident. Safety railings must be installed at windows in the rooms. Rest everything is perfect
The hotel is located very far from main road . connected with unmattled road.No hot water , unkept rooms .had to check out and seek refund.Hotel states ITC member group which is highly misleading.Ordinary hotel it has nothing to do with ITC hotels
It's pathetic and highly misleading that you are using ITC name.its highly mismanaged property with unkept rooms and bathrooms with no hot water.
The staff is helping , rooms are clean ,view is undeniably worth the stay . Breakfast was the best part .
