Some of the Employees were good at their behavior
Ask for extra amount in food, stay... they charged 700 extra for a day.
No water in washroom.... call them thrice after that got water in washroom
Not at all clean place, not value for money. Breakfast quality was very very poor.

INTIALLY THE HOTEL REFUSED FOR BREAKFAST WHIHC WAS INCLUDED THEN THEY AGREED AND PROVIDED SUBSTANDARD BREAKFAST BOTH THE DAYS. THEY PURCHASED THE STREET FOOD AND CAME AND DELIVERED IT TOI US MENTIOING THE BREAKFATS THAT WAS INCLUDED IN THE ROOM SATY.
DEEP CLEANING WERE NEVER DONE AS THE GAPS BETWEEN THE BED AND THE ROOM GLASS WAS NEVER EVER CLEANED. THERE WERE SPIDER WEBS IN THE ROOM.
FOR HEATING UP WATER WHOICH WAS REQUIRED FOR BABY FOOD THEY CHARGED 20 RUPEES. HAETING PROCESS WAS ALTGOTHER FOR AROUUND 2 MINUTES. ARE LPG CYLINDERS SO EXPENSIVE.

We had reservation for two rooms but they did not keep our rooms. We called and confirmed before arrival but they canceled it and told us to find room somewhere. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. Put us in jam and had to travel to Nashik for room.
