Хороший качественный отель рядом со всеми основными достопримечательностями Синая, до замка на машине две минуты.
Есть парковка. В первый день завтрак был очень разнообразным. Превосходная ванная комната, где все чисто и ничего не протекает, приятный запах, высококачественные банные принадлежности. Очень понравился и сам номер там было все что нужно.

Cons:

Во первых я была не внимательна при бронировании и как оказалось доступа в спа центр у гостей нет, он платный. Это на мой взгляд удивительно если отель позиционирует себя, как Спа отель, и я часто езжу в Спа всегда доступ входит в стоимость проживания, для меня это было разочарование и никто в отзывах об этом не пишет. На рецепции нам сказали, что наш номер дабл супериор не имеет права ходить в бассейн, а вот делюкс может, но ведь на букинге об этом не было информации, создалось впечатление что с нас хотели доплату на месте за номер повышенной категории, но мы не стали доплачивать, так как оплата уже была сделана.
Во вторых на второй день завтрак был более простым и не тянул от слова совсем на завтрак в 4* отеле.
Парковка не большая, но с другой стороны отеля есть парковка у ресторана отеля которой можно воспользоваться.
Также нас заселили в номер который выходит на дорогу и все ночи лаяли собаки что невозможно было спать. В принципе отель нам очень понравился, но были нюансы которые нас немного огорчили, тем более это была поездка на мой день рождения и хотелось провести время так как мы запланировали, но получилось не так.

Einen sehr entspannten und angenehmen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Bei größere Hotelauslastung sind leider zu wenige Parkplätze. Ideal wäre pro Zimmer ein Parkplatz.

Un hôtel propre, confortable, bien situé
Pros:

Piscine - spa: un endroit calme et bien organisé, il y a des serviettes propres disponibles

Petit déjeuner gourmand, beaucoup de variété

Propreté: partout dans l'hôtel, à la piscine, au restaurant

Equipements de la chambre et de l'hôtel: parfait

Personnel : la plupart du personnel à été aimable , le personnel de ménage, les réceptionnistes, les serveurs etc avec une exception (voir plus bas)

Restaurant : très bien, les plats bien préparés

Cons:

Une serveuse (le 6 août 2026) blonde, vers la 50 aine, un peu ronde, s'est comportée très mal avec moi, très impolie, à refusé d'appeler le manager du restaurant lorsque j'ai demandé. (Disant qu'il est absent)

J'ai du me déplacer à la réception pour parler à la réceptionniste qui a appelé ensuite le manager du restaurant qui était bien présent

Cette serveuse n'est pas à sa place dans aucun hôtel, et surtout dans un hôtel 4 étoiles

Pros:

Locatie moderna, camerele au fost foarte confortabile si am avut toate facilitatile necesare. Micul dejun a fost bun si zona de spa/piscina a reprezentat un mare plus, a fost curata si in incinta acesteia se afla mereu o persoana din cadrul personalului care ne-a ajutat cu tot ce aveam nevoie.

Cons:

Sigurul minus si o idee care poate ar trebui implementata: zona de spa/piscina ar putea fi adults only, deoarece in ambele zile au existat momente in care copiii faceau galagie si parintii care, din dorinta de ai controla, ajungeau la randul lor sa tipe si sa perturbe linistea si confortul celorlalti.
