The staff is really kind and very attentive. The Hotel has a very nice terraza and some other amenities.
It was very comfortable, service was perfect, very clean room with very nice view, not far away from center
It was a little bit cold
We had a roof above our head. The heat was great. The rest, big nope.
Location was great. The bed was horrible made out of two single mattresses but that was not the problem. The quality of those, were basically made out of old wood, curved as well. you could not side sleep, could not belly sleep. if you moved a bit you dropped off the bed or stuck in between the "mattresses". The mattresses old and stone hard. Couldn't sleep all night. The walls were made out of paper, we heard all the other rooms like there were no walls. As a bonus the room next to us had a baby crying all night.
The staff lady ( the only person working there ) said " look, i will set you up with our greatest room with an amazing view". We got the room 13 with a view on the back of the hotel, and the only thing you could see was a hotel under construction. The mountains were on the other side.
On booking.com we chosen this hotel as they said they have Breakfast, and was 120 RON more than the rest (average). We arrived at the hotel, paid and asked for reassurance what time the breakfast would be, they said they don't serve breakfast.
I asked why there is it on the Booking.com page, they said there isn't while i was with the phone in my hand showing her that is a false statement.
I asked for the sauna, she said we must ask for it with at least 3 hours prior and it would cost 200 RON for 30 mins, insane prices.
About the room, as some additional comments, Very old TV with poor quality, bathroom smelling like a sewer non stop.
I hope this will help anyone who would like to go check in at Roberto Hotel.
The host was nice, we got the room earlier than expected, at the upper floor. We had a big and clean room, with a small balcony, everything was as expected. The location is good but you need to climb some stairs for a fast way to the town without the car. There was heat in the evening and in the morning, did not feel disconfort regarding this.
Even though it was clean, the furniture (and building, in general) is old. The location is OK but in order to get to center there are lots of stairs to go through and, you have no option of buying something nearby.
Very Clean and cozy room. Nice view and roomy lobby for group activities.
Relatively hard to get to on foot from the main street. Not advisable to go out for a stroll after sun-down, as there may be risk of coming face to face with a bear.
The hotel is in a pleasant location with mountain views and close to the city center, just a short walk up the stairs or through the new park to the ski lift. Cleanliness is excellent. The trash can in the room is emptied daily.
There is no shelf for soap and shampoo in the shower cabin in our room. In the next room, the shower cabin was bigger and there was a place to put cosmetics.
