Gute Lage, alles da, was man braucht.
Den Eingang zu finden war etwas kompliziert, da sich das Hotel über einem Bekleidungsgeschäft befindet. Man muss auf die Seite und durch eine Tür wo ganz oben nur Hotel steht. Laut Beschreibung auf booking gibt es eine Möglichkeit zum Wäsche waschen. Das rief mehrere Telefonate auf den Plan. Dann durften wir zu einem äußerst stolzen Preis die Waschmaschine des Hotels verwenden. Den Wäscheständer mussten wir in unser Zimmer stellen.
Bathroom.Floor was wet after shower for 2 days .
The spotlessly clean rooms have been furnished to a very high standard with extremely comfortable beds. The breakfast is good. This is an excellent place to stay.
It was a little difficult to find the entrance. The door from the street mainly advertises that the premises has a cafe and serves pizzas. You have to look hard to see the word 'hotel'.
The bathroom gets very wet when using the shower.

Cosy and clean room with a comfortable bed.
Friendly staff. The small lady speaks good English and they kindly brought us an electric fan heater after we requested it as the heating was not functioning.

The included breakfast is very filling and yummy, it is served in the bar-like lobby where also serve beer&drinks.
The entrance is difficult to locate, thanks to some locals pointing out the door, we were able to find it (it says Pizza on the door)
WiFi is very weak.
If you take a shower the whole floor will be flooded although there is a shower curtain.
With over 15.000 Dram for the room, I definitely find it overpriced but it seems that Sisian in general is more expensive for accommodation.
No coffee with the breakfast served.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Room are spacious and nice. There is also a good restaurant below the hotel.

In the room in august was a bit hot and there is no aircon
The beds were short and there was mess/dust under them. There were stains on some of the towels.
The door said it took all credit cards, but upon check-in the staff said it had to be tram. We had to go get tram since the amount was large and we did not have enough on us.
They don't refresh your room unless you stay more than 3 nights.
Bed was in better condition than online pictures.
