Spazi pubblici sontuosi, ma mancano delle basi essenziali
Pros:

La posizione di questo hotel è comodissima, così come il pratico servizio navetta che, nel nostro caso almeno, era gratuito. I letti sono molto comodi (ampi, con materasso morbido ma che sostiene a dovere e lenzuola piacevoli al tatto). La stanza era molto grande, dotata di divanetto, frigorifero e affaccio sulla piscina piccola. Bellissimi il ristorante e la piscina grande, tra le più sontuose mai riscontrate in un hotel.

Cons:

Durante il soggiorno la piscina non era disponibile (pulizia periodica). Di questo siamo stati avvertiti solo il giorno prima, cosa che ho trovato poco corretta. La colazione lasciava molto a desiderare, sia in termini di varietà che di qualità (per es. croissant grassi e insipidi e uova salate). Il bagno della nostra stanza, una Deluxe, era minuscolo, datato, privo di dotazioni o piani di appoggio, e sporco (con muffa ben visibile nella doccia e nella rubinetteria del lavandino), i teli da mare sporchissimi. L'aria condizionata non funzionava. Ce ne siamo accorti quando, dopo averla accesa prima di coricarci, ci siamo ritrovati nel pieno della notte in una sauna di 28 gradi (esattamente la temperatura trovata all'arrivo). Ma la cosa più grave, a mio avviso inaccettabile per un hotel di qualsiasi categoria, (da cui la valutazione di 3 su 10), è che siamo stati costretti a dormire con la porta aperta, poiché le serrature elettroniche non funzionavano. Non mi era mai successa una cosa del genere, prima. Inutile dire che, nonostante i "Don't worry" detti, a mio avviso, con eccessiva nonchalance da parte dello staff, non ho chiuso occhio. Al check-out, piuttosto sbrigativo, non ci è stato chiesto nulla, del soggiorno, come invece di solito avviene, e quindi non mi sono sentita a mio agio a condividere il mio feedback col personale.

Otel odaları geniş, ferah, temiz. Havaalanına 5 dk mesafede. Ücretsiz shuttle hizmeti var ve organizasyonu çok kısa sürede sağlıyorlar. Bizim kiralık aracımızı havaalanına bırakıp otele gelmemiz gerekiyordu bu taşıma organizasyonunda da bize destek oldular. Otelin yemekleri büyük porsiyonlu ve lezzetli. Havuz başı çok keyifli uzun bir tatil sonrası dinlenip sabah erken uçuşu için harika bir konaklama oldu. Sabah kahvaltıya kalamayacağız uçuşumuz çok erken olduğu için deyince bize sabah 5 te lunch box hazırlandı. Herşey çok iyiydi.

Pros:

Llegamos a las 2:30 horas de la madrugada y no estaban en el aeropuerto esperándonos para llevarnos al hotel. A la mañana siguiente volvieron a llevarnos al aeropuerto para recoger nuestro coche de alquiler. El desayuno en un entorno muy agradable al lado de la piscina.

Good location, friendly staff . Downside, there are no lifts at the premises.

Cons:

Doesn’t have a lift. My room was on the 3rd floor and had to walk up the stairs with my luggage. Not so good. Also, room 301 shower holder broken.

Hotel de paso cerca del aeropuerto de Skopje
Pros:

Está al lado del aeropuerto y ofrece traslados gratis, así que es muy recomendable como hotel de paso. La zona de la piscina es muy bonita y el restaurante está muy bien. Teníamos un vuelo muy temprano que nos hacía perder el desayuno y se ofrecieron a prepararnos un pic nic.

Cons:

Aún sabiendo que teníamos que irnos del hotel a las dos de la mañana para coger un vuelo, nos dieron una habitación al lado de la recepción y del cuarto de la limpieza, por lo que no pudimos descansar nada. La excusa fue que al resto de habitaciones no se podía acceder con ascensor y llevábamos demasiado equipaje.

Pros:

Wunderbares Hotel mit modernem Ambiente. Das Thema "Spiegel" wurde architektonisch konsequent und ansprechend umgesetzt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Der Pool (bzw. die Pools) sind super, auch das Restaurant bzw. die Bar ist klasse. Tipp: das Hotel bietet Transfer zum Flughafen an, so kann man die völlig überteuerten Taxis am Flughafen ignorieren. Also kurzum: eine absolute Empfehlung.

The most comfortable huge bed I have EVER slept in!

Best bed I have EVER slept in!
Beautiful large,clean, modern room with a great balcony to watch the sunset.
The pool, gardens, and restaurant are all superb.
Friendly staff. Easy transfer to the airport. Highly recommend.

Cons:

Nothing. It was all great!
