I recommend this place for business travels
Pros:

Within the budget range this hotel deserves five stars. Provides sufficiently clean rooms. New interior is still not ruined by visitors. Beds are comfortable, shower/bathroom is decent. It could be much worse in Sliven at this price range but in Ricas is just fine. No kitchen, no breakfast, but here is a small fridge in the room. Supermarket is just across the street. AC works nice and clean. Street view looks scary noise-wise but widows make excellent insulation. Unfortunately, room to room not so much, you can hear guests talk in the other room.

Cons:

Shower has limited hot water supply, 6 minutes max. I don't know why is that so and how did they manage to restrict the hot water.

Small fridge loses power supply once the key card is out. That doesn't make much sense. Maybe a duplicate card can be provided by reception clerk.

It is hard to forbid smoking there. Rooms here are non smoking but they are developing that distinctive stale stench of cigarettes.

Hotel looks relatively new, so guest should use it before it gets old and possibly neglected.

Тоалетната се клатеше, повечето от лампите не работеха. Стаите миришеха брутално на цигари. Нямаше хладилник. Заради климатика миришеше на урина.
