Mes plus belles vacances …
Pros:

Tout … l’accueil du personnel qui est juste extraordinaire, ils font le maximum chaque jour pour satisfaire les clients . Les chambres sont belle et confortable. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est incroyable (goûtez les spécialités locales c’est délicieux) l’hôtel est magnifique, moderne . Très bien situé. Vous vous sentirez en securité comme si vous séjourniez chez des amis . Vraiment un immense merci

Je dirais qu’une fois que vous connaissez l’eurostar il est difficile d’apprécier un autre hôtel ;)

I hated it
Pros:

Worst hotel I ever stayed at, the staff was incredibly rude. When booking the hotel it never states it person needs to pay taxes of £27 each per night. The hotel isn’t worth the price the images are very deceiving.

Cons:

Everything I regret staying there.

My stay was not good.
Pros:

The location is great closed to the Edandbeg square and other tourist places

Cons:

Room was okay, my patio door was broken and I was women traveling along, and I asked to changed the room. 3 times I had go to the reception as the telephone was not connected.
No one told me to call WhatApp number to the hotel reception. The air condition was not working. The breakfast was not good either. I stayed 2 nights.

Sicuramente la struttura è la posizione

Cons:

C’era un problema con la fogna. La reception puzzava, la camera al quarto piano assolutamente no. E poi la ragazza della reception al nostro arrivo era gentilissima, quella della mattina sgarbata e distratta dai suoi fatti sul cellulare personale

L'unica nota positiva è la posizione centrale della struttura. Zona fornita di tanti negozi e supermercati nelle vicinanze. La porta della camera non si chiudeva e lo staff ha risolto il problema in circa 1 ora. La struttura ci ha permesso di fare il check-in ad un orario concordato di notte. Ci ha permesso di tenere le valigie in reception durante la giornata successiva senza nessun supplemento.

Cons:

La camera prenotata non era nella stessa struttura ma in una immediatamente di fianco. La porta non rimaneva chiusa una volta usciti dalla stanza. La doccia non era molto pulita. La Spa è pessima, orribile. Piscina con acqua gelida, lettini pieni di muffa e con cavi elettrici che sporgevano sopra a pozze d'acqua. Il tetto era orribile. Non c'è una stanza dove cambiarsi. L'unica cosa funzionante era la sauna. Il bagno turco non dava l'idea di essere pulito. I bagni della sauna erano orribili. Inoltre non risultava la prenotazione pagata in anticipo per la Spa. Ti chiedono un supplemento obbligatorio di 10 euro a persona per l'accesso che comprende un telo e delle ciabatte. Non spendete soldi per questo servizio.

1/10 – Absolute Abzocke! Finger weg!

Dieses Hotel ist eine einzige Katastrophe! Nichts entspricht dem, was im Internet angeboten und versprochen wird! Alles kostet extra – von A bis Z! Die Angebote sind völlig irreführend.

Extrem freches, respektloses und unfreundliches Verhalten! Ich fühle mich von diesem Hotel regelrecht betrogen und abgezockt.

Eine absolute Unverschämtheit! Nie wieder! Ich warne jeden davor, hier zu buchen!

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I had booked a room for two nights but ended up staying for only one night because the experience did not meet my expectations.

The room was too small, and I was particularly upset by the fact that the cleaner used my personal towel to clean the floor when she entered my room to clean. I found this completely unacceptable and unhygienic.

The spa also failed to meet my expectations, and overall, the experience was far from what I had hoped for. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my stay, and I would not consider this hotel a worthwhile experience based on my visit.

São uns grandes ladroes reservei com acesso ao spa tudo com taxas já e só me quiseram roubar
Disseram que não tava nada pago são uns grandes mentirosos quando tentei cancelar a reserva chamei o gerente e ele riu se na minha cara e disse me podes tentar que eu não te vou devolver o dinheiro

A disappointing stay, and I would not return.
Pros:

The room was spacious, but it wasn’t very clean and had a lot of dust.

Cons:

The suite didn’t look like the pictures. The power was off all night, and there was no water for a shower. We had to get ready in the dark using our phone flashlights. The lift wasn’t working, and no staff offered to help us carry our three large suitcases down from the seventh floor. We were given no explanation.

Pros:

My card wasn’t working and the receptionist assumed I had no money in my tre cards had to look for a real bank to withdraw cash after I ask for the room I booked with balcony and non smoking room the room was nothing to write about and had materasse dried in d balcony for the money would never try this hotel again it a one star
