Noisy and unhelpful staff

The location and the room looked clean

Cons:

We had noisy neighbours in the room next to us and called the reception. They said our neighbours just checked in and that they will talk to them. There was still noise from the room next to us until 4am. At 7 am the noise started from the breakfast area as we were just above the restaurant. We asked to change the room, but the lady from the reception said she doesn’t know if they have free rooms but that she will call us. No one called. Our neighbours started being noisy again at 12am and we called the reception again but with no result. At around 12:30 am we went again to the reception to say we cannot sleep and need to change rooms. So they found a room. It would have been nicer to change the room during the day, and not in the middle of the night so that the second night there was compromised again. In the morning I saw flies on the food in the breakfast area. Avoid at all costs rooms in the 1st floor. The room might be ok, but with these services and attitude from the staff it is not worth to pay this much.
