Amazing hotel, Location, staff, facilities etc. Fantastic value and a beautiful place to stay
Pros:

This hotel is stunning. Its right on the beach and has wonderful views form every where. The accommodation is spacious and provides all you need. The staff were truly lovely and nothing was too much trouble. A maid comes in every night and sprayed the rooms for any mossies' and then puts the nets down around the bed. The food was fresh and plentiful and I honestly could not find anything to complain about here. The gardens around the complex are so beautiful and well maintained. There is a fantastic swimming pool, and lots of other sports activities including diving , snorkeling and canoeing etc. in the local area. A trip to the mangroves is a must for appreciating this amazing place and the birdlife that lives there. The location is good with a supermarket 5 minutes walk away. The hotel is situated about 30 minutes drive from Malindi airport, and is easy to access by car. This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in and would love to return one day. reception even has a book informing you of prices for local transport so that you know what your paying before you leave the hotel and don't get ripped off! Such value for money. Lots of happy memories made here!

Relax vista oceano
Pros:

La posizione sull’oceano
Il cibo : tutti i pasti ottimi. E da italiani possiamo dire che anche la pizza è buona !
Lo stile delle camere, molto cozy.
La zona piscina, super rilassante.
Lo staff sempre sorridente.

Ci hanno anche tenuto i bagagli mentre facevamo il tour safari.

Excellent service
Pros:

The view of the hotel is stunning, you can see the ocean from almost everywhere in the hotel. The food at the restaurant is very good but the best of all is the service, every single employee was attentive, nice and ready to help at all times. We felt very comfortable during our stay.

The place to be for a personal retreat
Pros:

Breakfast was great and the hospitality on point with very supportive staff and engaging activities.

Cons:

We need the wifi to reach the rooms and would also appreciate a tv for the time one just seeks to remain indoors.

Pros:

Everything! Incredible offer for a 3-star. Great wifi in public areas. Such lovely staff and owners. Lovely food, super reasonable. The pool is wonderful. Very pretty gardens filled with flowers. If you want an escape, relaxed Kenyan barefoot living, this is it!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff and a superb position - a real institution!
Pros:

Excellent location, have stayed before in February 2024. Lovely new pool which is a great addition.

Cons:

Not the property’s fault but the pristine sandy beach we remembered with fondness was inches deep in seaweed! After chatting to the waiters we understand it is a seasonal phenomenon and luckily it didn’t spoil our stay.

Pros:

The location is beautiful, right on the beach with a restaurant overlooking the ocean. The resort has a lovely tropical atmosphere with lots of plants and greenery. The pool is great, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

The rooms could use a little refresh in some areas. We also had some confusion regarding an item we accidentally left behind. We were initially told that it could be sent to Nairobi, but later informed that it was no longer possible, without any alternative solution being offered. This was disappointing, especially as the rest of the service had been very good.

Paradise tucked in watamu
Pros:

Cozy atmosphere and nice ambience. The costs were also quite reasonable. The staff are amazing and always happy to help. The rooms are spotless well thought out and nicely spaced. Loved the privacy their layout offers.

Cons:

The breakfast had limited choices, could get boring if you're a long stay customer.

Excellent, aside from the Saturday night!
Pros:

Best place in Watamu, by a country mile. Relaxing, great ambience and always a cheerful crowd. Food and rooming was excellent. Stand out place.

Cons:

No wifi in the rooms. Planning a quiz night on Champions League final night surely was an oversight...Seems very odd with two massive screens showing the game on mute. No alternative venues to watch the game at this time of year. No seats at all. most of the night!
