Pros:

It feels like a very special place - very different from a large and anonymous hotel. The staff are really friendly and welcoming and helpful with advice about travel, trains etc and lifts to the station. It's in an incredibly beautiful location - the views are just amazing, and I loved my balcony - Jungfrau view. Very quiet setting. Breakfast was really varied and a great selection. I loved every minute of my stay and wouldn't hesitate to go again if I got the chance.

Pros:

The location was amazing and the view from the balcony is magical! It is ~600m walk from the train station to the hotel that is mostly uphill and might be hard to walk with big and heavy suitcases, but they offer a luggage pickup which is great!

Cons:

No air conditioner unfortunately which on hot days can be a little challenging, although during the night it is cool if you keep the windows open

Le personnel est très agréable et toujours aux petits oignons. La cuisine est exceptionnelle des goûts et des variantes incroyables, exemple les röstis ne sont pas sous une couche de graisse. Tout les plats sont incroyables. Le petit déjeuner mieux qu'à la maison muesli, pain oeufs fromage charcuterie tout est là.
Les chambres offrent tout le confort dont une personne normal a besoin. La gentillesse de tout le personnel tout est propre et a sa place.
Des jeux et des livres dans des salons au calme et avec la vue. Séjour de 10 jours merveilleux.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und war vollkommen verlässlich. Der Gepäckservice war perfekt.
Das Essen im Restaurant war exzellent. Wenn wir wieder in der Region sind, werden wir jederzeit wieder dort übernachten.

Cons:

Leider gab es keinen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer.

If you have a room with a view, this hotel is wonderful! The views are spectacular and make up for the tiny rooms with single beds

Cons:

If you get a room facing the back, it feels overpriced for what you get — a tiny space with a single dorm-style bed and a view of another building or the street. Since the price difference to rooms with views is barely noticeable, they really should lower the rate for the back-facing rooms.
