Séjour magnifique avec balcon et une vue imprenable sur les montagnes 🏔️
Pros:

J’ai bien aimé, la position de l’hôtel en face de la gare, c’est très central avec les remontes mécaniques à deux minutes à pied. Ils ont une ski room qui donne accès direct sur le téléphérique. Le personnel est adorable et avenant.

Pros:

super Lage direkt am Bahnhof. Nettes Personal. Funktionelles Fitness (leider ohne Sonnenlicht) und schöner Wellness Bereich. rascher Zugang zur Männlichen Bahn vom Skikeller aus.
auch Anfragen bei der Buchung wurden rasch und freundlich beantwortet.
Super auch die Flexibilität beim Besuch des Fitness.

Cons:

Leider war es unter unserem Bett recht dreckig und staubig. Die Dusche im Zimmer war nicht wirklich funktionell.
Im Frühstücksraum wäre eine 2. Kaffeemaschine sehr hilfreich und ein Ersatz des Saftspenders (schmeckt nach allem, aber nicht nach Saft).

Our stay was great as always well be back soon

It was our 5th staying at Silberhorn It’s location Accessibility from train station next to COOP Middle of the town
Breakfast delicious every morning
And top most at reception DELILAH ,Danieal ,Sara and other young man forget his name was very friendly even upgraded our room for Joungfrau view even we booked our stay with booking.com for free we’ll be back soon thanks Silberhorn Family can’t sait to come back

Cons:

In fitness room because of its size its over equipped if you guys Can Remove 1 Dammy Bike 1 step machine and 1Workout Tower it’ll be perfect for multiple guests to workout comfortably
With to much Equipment now more then 2 people it was a crowd

Alles sonst empfehlenswert, aber eine der Landessprachen DE od.FA. würde ich erwarten in einem 4-* H
Cons:

Da wollte ich bewusst in der Schweiz Ferien machen und nicht die billigeren Orte wie in Oesterreich unterstützen.
Aber ich war entsetzt, dass an der Reception kein Deutsch gespruchen wurde, alle schriftl. Infos auch auf Englisch.
Französisch konnte ich auch nicht sprechen. Als frühere Skilehrerin in Wengen weiss ich, dass es Gäste aus Frankreich und Welschland gibt.

Die Aufmerksamkeit und der Service waren toll. Alles strahlt einen sehr kundenorientierten Charakter aus.
Es gab ein ausserordentliches gutes Willkommen und Check in.

Cons:

Die Bademäntel.
Wechseln Sie doch die Bademäntel und entsorgen die Alten kleinen oder haben Sie zumindest passende Grössen parat.
Die im Zimmer vorgesehenen waren, wie so oft viel zu klein. Das ist sehr schade für den Gesamteindruck

Pros:

Die Lage ist super. Schöne Zimmer, gutes Frühstück.
SPA ist ok.

Cons:

Schlechte Kommunikation. Keine Informationen, wir mussten alles erfragen.
Kaum Deutsch sprechendes Personal, ohne gute Englischkenntnisse ist es schwierig.

Pros:

La chambre au 5e était spacieuse et propre. La salle bien fonctionnelle.

Cons:

Je trouve vraiment dommage que le personnel ne parle pas l'Allemand. Je parle français de naissance, je maîtrise le Suisse Allemand, on leur parle en Allemand et ils répondent en anglais. On nous apprend à parler dans la langue locale d'où on se trouve.... Bref, détail mais ça me dérange
