Bel endroit pour se ressourcer au cœur d’un village de montagne.
Pros:

Localisation à proximité de la gare. Confort. Spa. Personnel accueillant et à l’écoute. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié. Lits confortables. Balcon. Chambre insonorisée.

Cons:

La salle de bain où on ne peut rien poser. Pas pratique du tout.

Das a la carte Restaurant war geschlossen, es gab nur Buffet was wir nicht ausprobiert haben.

Pros:

rooms, view, hotelstaf all very nice and comfi.

Cons:

the half pension dinner supposed to be a 5 course buffet. instead we had to go to belvedere resto for a terrible 3 course, charged for the same price. As fine-tasters we didnt ate anything because it was that bad, which was the first time in our lives.

Dieses Hotel entspricht nicht einem 4* Hotel - überteuert - werde bestimmt nicht mehr kommen!
Pros:

Nähe am Bahnhof, Sicht Jungfrau

Cons:

- am Empfang / Reception spricht niemand deutsch
- Speisesaal (Frühstück) sehr dunkel und ungemütlich
- ringhörig - lärmig von der Bar Hasenstall, Lift
- Zimmer ohne Charme - altmodisch eingerichtet
- weisser Schrank mit grossen Flecken
- Bett / Matratze schlecht angezogen (zu kleine Fixleintuch)
- völlig überteuert

Das Frühstück war sehr gut – große Auswahl, frische Zutaten und alles liebevoll angerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die Qualität der Speisen und der aufmerksame Service. Ein rundum gelungener Start in den Tag!

Cons:

Schade ist allerdings, dass es abends nicht mehr möglich ist, im Restaurant à la carte zu essen. Vor einem Jahr gab es hier noch eine sehr gute Küche, die wir in dieser Form vermissen.

A lot of light came in the windows due to gap between wall and curtains. Plus the furniture could do with an update. We were surprised one of the restaurants had already closed for the season... in March.

Séjour magnifique avec balcon et une vue imprenable sur les montagnes 🏔️
Pros:

J’ai bien aimé, la position de l’hôtel en face de la gare, c’est très central avec les remontes mécaniques à deux minutes à pied. Ils ont une ski room qui donne accès direct sur le téléphérique. Le personnel est adorable et avenant.

Pros:

super Lage direkt am Bahnhof. Nettes Personal. Funktionelles Fitness (leider ohne Sonnenlicht) und schöner Wellness Bereich. rascher Zugang zur Männlichen Bahn vom Skikeller aus.
auch Anfragen bei der Buchung wurden rasch und freundlich beantwortet.
Super auch die Flexibilität beim Besuch des Fitness.

Cons:

Leider war es unter unserem Bett recht dreckig und staubig. Die Dusche im Zimmer war nicht wirklich funktionell.
Im Frühstücksraum wäre eine 2. Kaffeemaschine sehr hilfreich und ein Ersatz des Saftspenders (schmeckt nach allem, aber nicht nach Saft).
