Pros:

Nice to be able to look out over the sea whilst eating.
Tasty food, good quality, variety and amount of food.

Cons:

Very noisy during a couple of nights from room above squeaking floorboards.

Our stay was excellent. The room was fresh , sheets were clean, the bed was comfortable and breakfast very tasty

Wonderful with a view of the sea

Jane and her staff were lovely and exceptionally helpful. Superb location. Had everything we needed.

Cons:

Nothing at all re the hotel, but very disappointed that the cliff lift is out of order and has not been repaired. Not acceptable at all for access to the beach.

Really good, great location for beach and town centre, wonderful hotel
Pros:

Room had a marvellous sea view, parking was simple, they gave me a parking permit in case the hotel car park was full, room was spot on and breakfast was great. Staff were really friendly and helpful too
