Pros:

Nice size room.

Cons:

There was a lizard on the wall! We called the owner and she sucked the lizard with the vacuum cleaner. She mentioned that it is a "normal" thing.
There is a wardrobe but you can't use the cabinets as they are occupied with old machinery.
There are also too many stairs and no elevator. So if you have knee issues I do not recommend this hotel.
