Pros:

The hotel was a 1 star hotel. My room was on third floor and there was no lift. Every time I have to climb the stairs for 3 floors. The staircase was dark in the night as there was no light.
The almirah was broken. No hangers. Room bulbs were not working.
Bathroom level was not good so pooling of water after shower. It was worst experience of my life. I would suggest to remove it from Booking.com.

Good stay for its purpose. Nice cold rooms, breakfast was served nicely. The staff were all friendly.
Pros:

Affordable, value for money stay. The location is nice, easy to walk to the ITC. The rooms are basic, but clean. Aircon works well! Breakfast was nice.

Cons:

The road itself looks dodgey, but it is safe.

Pros:

The cleanliness was top-notch, Wi-Fi was great!

The room comes with a sitting area and some mini dining area (I didn't need them, but still good).

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The breakfast served on the first and second days was very basic and quite wanting. This changed during the next day.

Compared to other places nearby, the place is a bit pricey although worth it.

Mattress is too hard!
