J’arrive à l’hotel. Certe un peu tard dans la nuit.
Pas de serviettes , chambre remplie de moustiques car porte du balcon laissée ouverte

Je paye 60000 fcfa en espèce en arrivant au check in pour une chambre tarifée à 58900 fcfa .
Au check out, la réception n’as pas 1000 cfa en caisse pour me rendre la monnaie .
Pour un hotel , ne pas avoir 1000 fcfa en fond de caisse. C’est lamentable .
Sans dire qu’il fallait que je réclame cette monnaie.

Finalement, la réceptionniste m’a fait un dépôt orange money de 1000 fcfa de son compte personnel .

C’est pénible et c’est un manque de professionnalisme criant .

What I particularly appreciated about this hotel was the excellent standard of service, especially from the manager and staff. The manager was very respectful and attentive, ensuring that everything was prepared for my arrival, including having hot water ready in the shower. He also took the time to follow up on concerns I had raised during a previous stay, making sure everything was addressed, which I found very reassuring.

The staff were consistently polite, professional, and welcoming. They made a real effort to ensure guests felt comfortable—whether that was arranging taxis, opening doors, assisting with luggage, or simply taking the time to have a friendly conversation. Their respectful manner stood out throughout my stay.

There has also been a noticeable improvement in the food service. Hot meals were regularly replenished, and the food I ordered arrived on time and was of a very good standard.

The rooms were spotless and cleaned daily, with fresh bedding and well-maintained facilities. Everything in the bathroom was consistently restocked, and the overall cleanliness was excellent.

Overall, my experience was very positive. The combination of attentive management, professional staff, and improved services made my stay enjoyable. I would happily return to this hotel again.

Cons:

There is nothing I would say I did not like about my stay this time. Although I had raised a few concerns during my previous visit, I am pleased to say that everything was fully addressed. On this occasion, I was 100% satisfied and had no complaints at all.

I would like to say a sincere thank you and well done to the staff and management for their professionalism and responsiveness. They dealt with every concern promptly and ensured that my stay at the B&B hotel was excellent.

Overall, I truly had a very positive experience, and I have no negative feedback to provide.
