Pros:

Spa, emplacement et personnel

Cons:

L'image de la télé était assez floue.
Kitchenette pas du tout équipée.
Wi-Fi mauvais qui coupe tout le temps, impossible de travailler. On nous a donc donné un boîtier mobile dont le crédit de données s'est épuisé après 2 jours... ils ne l'ont pas renouvelé.
Cartes d'accès aux chambres en nombre insuffisant. Donc il fallait des cartes temporaires pour l'énergie dans la chambre et on nous ouvrait avec la carte passe partout et le réceptionniste repartait avec.
Le lit pas très confortable pour moi car j'ai des problèmes de dos. Le lit était un peu incliné (la tête plus basse que les jambes)

Pros:

Le personnel, le spa vraiment top. Nous avons fait sauna et massage, et étions très satisfaits. La piscine est petite malheureusement.
Le rapport qualité prix au top !
C'est la 4e fois que nous y séjournons.

Cons:

Bémol la kichenette n'est pas du tout équipée, aucun accessoires rien !
Ce séjour a été marqué par un problème de carte d'accès aux chambres. Il fallait tout le temps programmer des cartes temporaires.

Cons:

There was a persistent sewage smell coming from the shower drain that filled the entire room every time I returned. It was so strong that I had to leave the balcony door open constantly to get fresh air, which was very inconvenient.

Relativement correcte pour le prix, personnel attentionné.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était assez simple, peut-être parce qu’on est arrivé vers 9h15.. pas grand choix, mais personnel attentionné
La Clim fonctionnait très bien et avec la chaleur, ça aide beaucoup

Cons:

La piscine ne semblait pas très bien entretenu, pas assez de lumière dans le lieu, comme si c’était un peu délaisser. Je n’ai pas pu m’y baigner.
