Cozy room to relax with beautiful common spaces to spend your time
Pros:

Comfortable big room on the top floor with good heating that you can control yourself. Lovely shower with hot water. Beautiful grounds and common spaces to relax. Very walkable area.

A very special destination
Pros:

The hotel was a really beautiful building with lots of windows to let the light in. It had a lovely courtyard which was a great place to sit as the sun went down. The interior decor was also very beautiful and comfortable, with lots of spaces to relax if you wanted to sit somewhere outside your room.

La bomba de calor no podía calentar la habitación y la manta supletoria es de muy baja calidad. Pasamos bastante frío.

Un edificio con zonas comunes preciosas, y una estancia correcta.
Pros:

Es un hotel con mucho encanto, las zonas comunes son preciosas y dignas de visitar y disfrutar para pasar un rato tranquilo y relajado.
El personal es amabilísimo, atento y muy detallista. Con servicio 24h de acceso vigilado, es un pequeño tesoro a 2 minutos andando de la Catedral y el Palacio de Gaudí, y a 7 minutos andando del ayuntamiento.

Cons:

Reservamos la suite, por lo visto hay dos, una en el piso de arriba y otra en la planta baja, son espaciosas pero se escuchan los ruidos de las habitaciones colindantes y superior. Los ruidos de la calle también se oyen muchísimo desde la habitación.
La suite es muy espaciosa, pero signos de necesitar varios arreglos y mantenimiento. Nada preocupante, pero el estado de las habitaciones se queda por debajo del bellísimo edificio que es este Hotel.

Historic stay that checks all the boxes!
Pros:

I was walking the Camino and stayed her for my birthday. I requested a room with a bathtub and it's a great tub for soaking. The bed was comfortable, and large windows could be opened or shuttered as desired. The garden area is wonderful. The house is historical and I loved wandering through the rooms where the family used to live. Breakfast is very good and is in the continental style. Close to walk to the beautiful Astorga Cathedral and Gaudi Palace. Highly recommend.

Cons:

I wish there would have been a offering of wine at the bar in the back. If I'd had known that they didn't offer it, I would have purchased one at the mercado.
