The staff were absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them!
Room was quite small but very clean and everything else about the stay made up for it.
Everything was very good but the double bed seemed small but maybe as we have a super king at home!
bed size
We had a very peaceful, chill time. The surroundings were beautiful, the food was fabulous and the staff were lovely
Wheelchair access to the terrace is only possible with assistance, wheelchair access to the shower room was extremely challenging without assistance as there is a lip at the door, fortunately we took our own suction handrails as the positioning of the fixed handrails was suitable for us. Corridor to rooms was very narrow, creating mayhem when housekeeping left vacuum cleaners, cleaning products and laundry outside rooms.
Stunning hotel immaculate cleanliness
The location, and view are incredible.
Thought the room was a bit small and the bed was very small for two.
Location
Small room , view obscured by grass roof. Overpriced room , food expensive and average
Leaving, returning home
the room smaller than advertised, inadequate room to put your clothes or amenities, the lack or aircon, or a table fan, the extreme noise created by jet skis on the loch, no table available for dining as all had been consumed for fathers day, plus the ala carte menu had been removed, uncomfortable bed,
Loved the location we always stay here on route to the Highlands excellent service
Location is beautiful , dining area immaculate , bar / lounge area is lovely
Bar / lounge area , very quiet for a Saturday night , could benefit from entertainment at weekend as hotel looked busy but not the lounge .
We had the most amazing room, room 1 which we’d definitely book again. Views were absolutely amazing
Lovely location and very relaxed vibe
Room was a bit small
Amazing loch side location, our room had a Loch view and it was amazing. Great food in the restaurant and the staff were fabulous.
Interior design was beautiful especially restaurant. Fantastic setting on edge of Loch Lomond. Clean and comfortable room.
Coffee machine not working in breakfast restaurant. Bedroom was small but perfectly formed.
Not sure about plastic tumbler to drink wine on the decking. Understand the reasoning but surely most clients don't break glasses.
