The whole experience..the staff were amazing and always were attentive to your needs ..the whole hotel was dressed very autumnall and looked fantastic ..and wow what a location ..this is a must if you ever need. To stay around this area

Perfect for what we wanted
Pros:

Friendly staff on reception after a late arrival and again in the morning when we checked out. A really good breakfast with friendly efficient service. A great view of the Loch as well.

Peaceful Cosy stay.
Pros:

Lovely peaceful location on Loch Lomand. Dinner in the restaurant was nice with its delightful quirky lighting display.

Cons:

The bed size is small being just a double so not ideal for a couple.
To be fair this is in the profile but wouldn’t compromise that again. Easy proximity to Glasgow airport which was the aim.

Short break by Loch Lomond in a beautiful location, some shortcomings in the hotel.
Pros:

You pay for the location right alongside the loch, with great views from the public areas to the rear.

Cons:

I think the room and bed therein were on the small side. The restaurant was overpriced for what it was, and the food was average quality. A small car park, difficult to manoeuvre in and easy to get your car damaged by other guests (ask me how I know).
