Miserable Organisation
Cons:

Mir wurde bis zum Abend des Buchungstages kein Code gesendet. Diesen erst am nächsten morgen erhalten. Person am Service Telefon machte keine Anstalten zu helfen. Mussten uns bei fremden Hotelgästen im Zimmer umziehen und nach einer Feier wieder 150km nach Hause fahren!!!

Very nice hotel. Just outside city centre. On a hill with outstanding view over the town. 10 minutes walk from old town. Very nice staff and very nice breakfast

Pros:

Ein hervorragendes Hotel! Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Ausblick auf die Stadt ist einfach atemberaubend – allein dafür lohnt sich der Aufenthalt. Das Frühstück ist gut und völlig ausreichend. Besonders schön ist, dass man es ebenfalls mit diesem fantastischen Panoramablick genießen kann. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt! Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Cons:

Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt ist das Badezimmer. Der Bereich mit Dusche und WC ist etwas eng, sodass man sich dort nur schwer bewegen kann.

Schönes Hotel mit tollen Ausblick

Tolle Lage, schöner Ausblick

Beim Check In hatten wir Probleme, wollten früher einchecken das hätte auch geklappt wenn man uns den Schlüssel auch gegeben hätte

Nie wieder!!!

Der kostenlose Parkplatz und das gute Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Zimmer im Bergschlösschen sind leider nicht klimatisiert, ( nur Klimaanlage im unteren Bereich des Frühstücksraumes) bei den Temperaturen haben wir uns wie in der Sauna gefühlt. Sicher ist es in der kühleren Jahreszeit besser, aber ab Temperaturen von 30° sollte man unbedingt von einer Buchung Abstand nehmen.
Da sollte man dringend Abhilfe schaffen, der vorhandene Ventilator im Zimmer war im wahrsten Sinne nur heiße Luft. Das Bad ist klein und nicht komfortabel. Die Beleuchtung im Zimmer lässt auch zu wünschen übrig.
Wir haben uns hier von den guten Bewertungen täuschen lassen. Kommen nicht wieder ins Bergschlösschen und wir waren nicht die einzigen Gäste, die das so empfunden haben.
