Einfach alles. Wie immer. Das beste Hotel der Welt. Das Weihnachtsfest war ein Traum.

A gem of Bangkok

Fabulous hotel, truly luxurious, spectacular and elegant. Wonderful people make it so special, really well trained staff.

Nice, but outdated
Pros:

The staff were well meaning and polite.

Cons:

The service felt really outdated and in some places low quality. For example, I used the on-site salon for a haircut. The barber had to ask me to read the clippers and more or less direct how to cut my hair. I will need to get it re-done as soon as I am home. The breakfast is really quite poor for the setting and there are very few local dishes available. The bar is long on service but short on creativity and quality (but twice as expensive as the other leading bars in Bangkok).

Expérience remarquable au coeur de Bangkok
Pros:

séjourner dans un hôtel de légende
le confort de la chambre (literie, insonorisation, vue depuis le balcon, climatisation,...)
la piscine et son personnel
le SPA et son personnel
la partie historique de l'hôtel,
la diversité des restaurants, les petits déjeuners
l'efficacité et la gentillesse du personnel des restaurants et de l'entretien des chambres,
la navette en bateau
l'ambiance au coeur de Bangkok

Cons:

Premier contact non chaleureux: à notre arrivée en taxi, l'accueil s'est fait sans la présence du groom dédié (occupé sans doute avec une autre arrivée) mais sous le regard antipathique de 2 hommes en costumes gris avec oreillettes qui n'avaient pas une approche agréable.
