It was good, but over priced.
Cons:

1. Too much dust in the AC vents.
2. Key cards used to get deactivated even if gone away for 3 kms.

I would reccomend native as the place to stay
Pros:

Breakfast was very good (except Dosas). The bar was very good too. Saurabh is a very friendly person.

Cons:

There was a bit of a smell in the room and the shower area was inadequately lit

Nice, decent place to stay in a town like Belagavi.
Pros:

Breakfast had a good spread. The rooms were also c;lean and very good. For a city like Belagavi, it probably was as good as it gets. It is also pretty close to the Railway station.

Cons:

They overcharged me for early check-in. My train reached early morning but they had check in around noon only. They had rooms available and could have accommodated me w/o charging. But they chose not to do it.
And the early check-in charges were not very low. The stupid part was that they had 2 options - with and w/o breakfast and the difference was just Rs. 50. And they wanted to charge a huge amount (nearly double) for breakfast if I chose the non-breakfast option. The owners apparently failed in Economics in their college.

Would never want to go again as they just dint care about the customers
Pros:

Did not stay, as they refused the booking.

Cons:

It’s a good property, but the hotel decided to cancel our booking because booking.com did not take payment from
Us upfront. They and their staff had no other reason to tell us that they are cancelling the booking at a 1 hour notice when we were on the way to the hotel
