When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of BGN 40 per pet, per night applies. Please note that only pets up to maximum 12 kg are allowed.

Dear Guests,
We would like to inform you that from May 11, 2025, planned renovation works of the outdoor hot tubs will begin at the SPA Complex Belchin Spring, in order to improve the conditions and enhance the quality of your experience during future visits. The expected duration of the renovation is until June 22, 2025.
At your disposal during this period are the large outdoor mineral pool, the indoor mineral pools and the SPA center.
According to preliminary information, the activities should be completed within one month (by June 11, 2025), but we keep the right to extend by up to two weeks if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances.
Important clarification: In the period from May 15 to 17, 2025, demolition activities will be carried out, which will be accompanied by loud noise between 08:00 and 18:00.The total duration of the noisy activities will be approximately 5–6 days, with the most intense of them being on the specified dates.
We rely on your understanding and assure you that the purpose of the renovation is to provide an even more comfortable and pleasant stay of our guests in the future.

An increadably welcoming experience, provided with care and attention to detail
Pros:

The property was extremely clean, had all amenities at one’s disposal, including no different kits of all kinds like vanity, comb, hair cap, variety of soaps and body lotions. The room was spacious, with a large king size bed and balcony facing the pools and garden with an exceptional view of the mountains. Breakfast was rich, well prepared with a variety of different kitchen types. The bathroom was super clean and very spacious.

Cons:

The only one thing I did not like where the potato balls served at breakfast, they were quite tasteless but everything else was amazing!

Pros:

Абсолютно всичко беше на ниво - персонал, спа, стая, персонал, храна, детски кът всичко. Бяхме с дете на 4г и престоя беше уникален.

Pros:

Като цяло, всичко ни хареса. Доволни сме много. Посещаваме за първи път хотела, но със сигурност ще повторим.
Стаите са хубави, чисти и просторни. Хотелът е много приятен.

Cons:

Според мен закуската би трябвало да бъде доста по-богата и разнообразна.
Неудобство е, че ресторантът за вечеря няма топла връзка с хотела. Това създава малко дискомфорт, тъй като при студено и лошо време, ще трябва да излизаш с връхна дреха, за да отидеш до него.

Pros:
