A disappointing stay, but lovely staff
Pros:

The good:
- staff were very friendly, kind and professional
- the room, bathroom, bed linen and towels were impeccably clean

Cons:

The bad:
- I had a room on the 5th floor, facing the street. There is no noise insulation whatsoever, internal or external. Someone walked in the corridor past my door and sighed and I could hear it. I could hear someone snoring in the night. I could hear every single street noise - cars, rubbish pick up at 3am, every conversation and argument. I barely got any sleep at all. Unfortunately I’d fully paid in advance.

- For the price I was quite surprised at how basic the hotel is. The common areas (reception, lift) are quite tatty. The room facilities are minimal - I know they don’t say otherwise and I should have read the description more carefully, but it is unusual at this price point to not have a tv and safe box in the room. Yes the location is decent but I don’t think it makes up for everything else.

Camera a fost mare și spațioasă, însă curățenia nu era ok. Am avut impresia că albiturile nu au fost schimbate pentru că am găsit păr pe pat.

I really liked it. The room was very clean.
Pros:

It was close to the city center.

Inside the hotel there was a museum that could be visited for free.

Cons:

There was no kettle or TV in the room, but when I asked the staff, the lady offered to provide me with a kettle. The hotel also did not serve breakfast. There were vending machines where you could buy different things, but they worked with tokens, not with contactless cards.

Pochi confort per il prezzo pagato
Pros:

La posizione centrale

Cons:

Mancanza del bidet nel bagno. Doccia all'antica con tenda e prova di una mensola per appoggiare i prodotti per l'igiene. Asciugacapelli che si scaricava dopo neanche 1 minuto di utilizzo e occorreva aspettare che si ricaricava. Colazione non inclusa nonostante il prezzo elevato.
