Pleasant stay in unusual but interesting accommodation.
Pros:

The room has a modern, clean uncluttered aspect with paintings on the walls. The bed was good and and the bathroom clean. The room was quiet at night.
The rooms for accommodation are situated above an art gallery. The fire doors on each floor of the section for accommodation are painted with a reproduction of a famous painting with a brief resume of the artist, which adds extra interest. If you are a guest then you have free entrance to the art gallery.
ResArt is a short walk from bars and cafes. I would stay here again.
