Amazing place, combining good views, quiet atmosphere, delicious breakfast and super welcoming staff
Pros:

We enjoyed the breakfast at the natural terrace, overlooking the city of Bolzano. The grapes and greens surround the place and make you feel outside of the city, even though the walk to the city centre is max 30 minutes of slow walking. The stuff was extra nice.
A special thanks extending to the cleaning lady, who voluntarily came over to our room and suggested to iron my skirt. Before that I met her in the corridor, and not speaking Italian tried to point at my wrinkled skirt. She, in her turn, showed me where I could go to ask for an iron. I hesitated to go, partly because of complication of asking in Italian, secondly because of limited time before check-out. Perhaps she noticed that I didn't continue, so in some time I heard a knock on the door - it was this lady who came to suggest that she can iron my skirt herself, she brought the iron. It was very unexpected to see people go beyond their outlined work duties.

I felt home and part of the family, highly recommended.
Pros:

Location (less than 20 minutes walking to the old city) owner family, bicycle, breakfast, almost everything. The only hotel ask you to pay during checkout and no deposit. I visited 5 hotels, all of them ask to pay in advance and deposit.

Cons:

No halal food, but they make something especially for me.

I would highly recommend staying at this hotel!!
Pros:

The host family was wonderful, so friendly and helpful! The view from the balcony was lovely! The breakfast is outstanding! There is air conditioning!!

Außergewöhnlich zuvorkommender Empfang, toller Blick auf die Berge und Bozen und sehr gutes Frühstück. Sehr nette Gastgeberfamilie, man fühlt sich wirklich wohl. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Preis gefühlt etwas zu hoch
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, aber es wird nicht beschrieben, dass auf den letzten 300 m ein extrem steiler Anstieg ist. Wenn man zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad kommt, ist das sehr anstrengend. Zur Innenstadt ca. 25-30 Minuten Gehzeit, aber wie erwähnt das letzte Stück zum Hotel sehr Steil und ohne Gehweg

Cons:

Wir waren tatsächlich die einzigen Gäste und das bei schönem Wetter im Mai. Vielleicht ist der Preis doch zu hoch.
