Accoglienza e disponibilitá dello staff, posizione comoda dell'hotel, colazione con prodotti fatti da loro e descrizione con allrgeni annessa

Cons:

Qualche dettaglio strutturale nella stanza (porta doccia, serranda finestra ad esempio) ;
la colazione poteva presentare piú prodotti (comiqnue tra le note positive la disponibilitá di farci trovare le uova a colazione su richiesta)

Great place to explore dolomites
Pros:

The host is amazing. Got the free transport card as well. Good breakfast . Good location

Cons:

Room size was very small . Room was so hot even with a small fan host provided. Deserves a aircon for the money spent.

Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Chef. Fahrräder konnten über Nacht im früstücksraum abgestellt werden. Super Lage, sehr zentral. Zimmer so halbwegs sauber. Preis Leistung ok.

Cons:

Zimmer klein, renovierungsbedürftig, halbwegs sauber, aber nicht ganz, wenn man eher heikel ist diesbzgl. Leider sehr laut in der Nacht zur Strasse raus mit 2 bars in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft und müllabfuhr ab 4.30 , es war heiß, keine Klimaanlage, und Fenster ganz aufmachen hat zimmer mit strassenlaternenlicht leider komplett ausgeleuchtet. Für 1 Nacht ok, aber länger eher nicht.

Il nome aggiunto di "hotel" è fuorviante, per cui, non conoscendolo prima, sono rimasto un pò "spiazzato".
Personale, molto cortese, ma non raggiungibile, per qualsiasi problema, se non ad certi orari e cmq., non nei giorni festivi e/o serali/notturni.
Stanza x letto singolo, molto "spartana" e mini, con impianti idrico/elettrici non proprio di ultima generazione.
Ultima nota, in tema ed epoca di cambiamenti climatici......
Assenza di un impianto di aria condizionata....presenza di un ventilatore che per posizione ed impianto, ho preferito di non farne uso.
Dovendo per motivi familiari, saltuariamente, tornare a Bolzano, sarei contento di poterci rientrare,.....ma, a un prezzo forse piú calmierato .

Tracte amable i disposició del propietari en atendre les necessitats que em puguessin sorgir.

Se questo posto costasse 20€ a notte sarebbe ok.

- struttura vetusta e malmessa
- mobilio e oggetti della stanza (asciugamani, saponi ecc) raffazzonati
- colazione scadente e povera
- rapporto qualità prezzo pessimo (150€ per una notte, considerato che un albergo a 4 stelle il giorno prima l’ho pagato 26€ in più)

No air conditioning! While I’m sure I would have really enjoyed the stay any other time of year, it was miserable without air.
