Pros:

Lo staff è eccezionale.
Ci ha accolto molto cortesemente, è simpatico e cosa non da poco per chi non conosce il posto ha saputo consigliarci un ristorante dove abbiamo mangiato pizza e altre pietanze ottimi ad un prezzo onesto. All'arrivo la camera profumata di pulito anche se secondo me la pulizia di alcuni angoli andrebbe curata un po di più.
La posizione è strategica, a pochi passi dal centro storico e dal lago qundi si puòlasciare l'auto e girare tranquillamente.
Hanno un Parcheggio privato sia all'esterno che all'interno della struttura.
La colazione è ricca sia dolce che salata.
Se dovessimo tornare a Bolsena lo sceglieremo di nuovo sicuramente.

Pros:

Struttura eccezionale, posizione ottima, vicinissima al centro di Bolsena. Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile e cordiale, disponibile per ogni esigenza. Tornerò sicuramente perché c'è molto da vedere e la struttura mi ha pienamente soddisfatta.

Pros:

L'accoglienza della receptionist e la posizione, per me che ho fatto il cammino, direttamente sul percorso.
Il letto comodo
La stanza spaziosa

Cons:

La doccia aveva bisogno di una maggior pulizia.
Il WiFi ad un certo orario non andava più.
La colazione alle 8 per chi fa il cammino,a mio parere dovrebbe essere anticipata di una mezz'oretta.
La tv non siamo riuscite ad accenderla e non abbiamo potuto comunicarlo perché non c'era nessuno a cui dirlo.
