Lovely hotel short distance from town centre. Friendly helpful staff and great breakfast
Pros:

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
Great breakfast with a large range of choices. Rooms were comfortable and well presented.
This hotel gives you the Bozen card /pass which means you have free access to transport on the buses, cable cars etc . Made exploring the area so easy . Would highly recommend this hotel .

Hervorragendes Hotel. Es gibt vom Hotel für die Dauer der Buchung ein kostenfreies Ticket für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Super Idee und habe ich ausgiebig genutzt.

Pros:

Die Dame am Empfang (Besitzerin ?) war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie sprach sehr gut Deutsch.
Das Frühstück war ziemlich gut. Es gab frische Sachen.
Das Haus hat einen gewissen Charme durch den Teppichboden im Treppenhaus, aber es ist auch ziemlich alt.
Mein Fahrrad war sicher abgestellt.
Das Bett war bequem. Es war alles sauber.
Zimmer ausreichend groß

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt in einem Wohngebiet etwa 5km in die Stadt.
Zimmer Morgens relativ laut durch die Straße.
Altes Haus, Zimmer und Bad könnte mal renoviert werden.
Zimmer war etwas dunkel, da es nur ein kleines Fenster gab.
Es gab einen Pool, aber den fand ich nicht so ansprechend.

Ho apprezzato i modi garbati, la professionalità e la cura nei dettagli della proprietaria, la gentilezza dello staff, i consigli per visitare la zona, il giardino, la colazione come alla corte reale (dolce e salata, il succo di mela buonissimo, il caffè di qualità, gli assaggi di vari formaggi con le mostarde, ecc.), la Guest- pass (per usare gratuitamente i mezzi pubblici, la funivia Renon e il trenino lento sopra Bolzano, il treno regionale per Merano e i bus, ecc.); la posizione che permette di raggiungere molto facilmente il centro con i bus in 15 minuti cca, il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Cons:

Avrei gradito una bottiglia di acqua nella stanza.

Top Lage, herzliches Personal , alles Bestens
Pros:

Perfekt gelegen, nicht im Stadtzentrum. Mit eigener Tiefgarage, daher füf Motorrad perfekt. Sehr freundliches und herzliches Personal. Das Frühstück grandios. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
